FIVE FULL-SERVICE OIL CHANGES: Includes fve (5) lube, oil and flter changes, 32 point inspection, and fuid top off. Simply pay the difference for synthetic oils at service center. AIR CONDITIONING SERVICE: Includes inspection of A/C hoses, belts, and compressor, leak testing, and labor to perform recharge and service; refrigerant and evacuation extra.

Avoid this place if possible. Inconsiderate, unreliable and unprofessional.
My husband had been texting back and forth with a salesperson, he let them know when he was on the way and once he arrived (cashiers check in hand) she replies saying it just sold. Over an hour drive to have someone waste our time and be completely inconsiderate.

After having my vehicle for about 2 months, I can say this has been my worst experience.
Basic things that you expect a vehicle to have / work, mine did not.
My back doors dint lock at all, turning lights were all jacked up, missing tire replacement equipment and already had to replace the gas cap.
Took it back and they "fixed" my issues.
When I took it back for the second time they argued with me saying "we already fixed it!"
Then why the hell is it still messed up?
They lied and said the vehicle was in only 1 accident, when I pulled the carfax and showed them that its been in 2.. they stayed

They were nice. Not pushy. However, it would have been nice to know the key fob they gave me for my truck is actually for an SUV. And the key inside the fob doesn’t fit the tail gate or the truck door. Yes I should have checked this initially. But now I have to spend more money to get a key for my tailgate. I wouldn’t recommend them.
UPDATE: they offered to reimburse me for the key fob and a check supposedly went out on October 11, 20201. Still have not received the check and no response when I texted them.

I got put on the back burner when they found out I needed the car delivered they even told me they had another customer now and would be slow to answer me. I was already approved and just needed to sign. I could tell they were getting frustrated with delivering the car but in their defense it was a pretty far delivery. But they're not hungry enough for your business they missed out on a sale with a small snag they hit. Don't count on them to deliver very far.

Trying to get extra key for 3 months ...
You may think, well of course I'm going to want/need two keys for my new vehicle. Crazy?
So I have tried to have certain amount of understanding and patience in receiving second key/fob.
Have run out of patience, and zero understanding with the (team?) at Addison Autoplex. I've found myself and my wife on several occasions trying to explain why we still only have 1 key/fob. Specifically to friends and family..
I can only imagine that my spare key/fob is not important to the

Run from this dealership! I encountered the exact same horrible treatment just like many previous potential buyers from this dealership! The people at this dealership are not truthful. They are all very dishonest and deceitful. They had a car listed on the cargurus.com website at $20,595 that I was interested in purchasing. I called and the car was available. I even texted and we even agreed on a price! I drove up during my lunch break to test drive the car...but interestingly, the car was not available for a test drive...per the salesman because it was in the shop. They said it would be ready

We had a great experience. We drove 2hrs to look at one car but it wasn't what we thought it would be. Miguel (I think?) Was super helpful and we found the perfect one for us. It's been a couple weeks and we absolutely love it and haven't had any issues at all. Very reasonably priced and friendly service.

I went to look at a truck and they hid the fact that the whole back of the truck was rusted. Bed was so wobbly, it almost came off the truck. Very dishonest by not telling us about that, the guy gave me the run around, something about the previous owners used to haul a trailer.. luckily I didn't purchase.. who knows what kind of accident their negligence could have caused. Never again!

I walked in to this dealership wanting to look at a specific car. It was a little more than I wanted to pay, but I found one I liked and got to know the salesman in the process. Mehdi knew I was a single mom. Mehdi knew I was teacher. Mehdi knew that I needed a car after mine was totaled. And Mehdi STILL completely screwed me over. That "bumper to bumper warranty" that he sold me has covered NOTHING. I paid $4500 for a warranty that means nothing. That was supposed to be "the best of the best."
