I can not understand how anyone can give this company a good review. It's been over 6 months since they began work on our shower upgrade and it is still not finished. Absolutely no communications from Infinite Home Improvement, unless I call them. Then all I hear are promises which turn out to not be kept. I'm at a loss at where to turn next.
The quality of their work is definitely not worth the aggravation.

We are pleased with the outcome of the project and the people who did each phase of the project (cabinet refacing, new quartz countertop and backsplash tile)
Not happy that it took 51/2 weeks to complete nor the lack of project management and poor communication from the project manager, because as he told me on one occasion "I am busy". Not once did the project manager call or stop by to see how it was going.

Our master bathroom renovation began March 24, 2021. It is still awaiting completion of shower glass panel and vanity drawers. Today is 6/17. No communication with project manager since a text on 5/24. Individual subcontractors for plumbing, electric, painting were satisfactory. Tile work was a constant nightmare and had to be redone 3 times. Do NOT believe positive posts. It’s impossible that our experience isn’t the norm. Overall the bathroom looks beautiful, but no thanks to Infinite. We were on our own in terms of design.

I highly recommend Infinite Home Improvements. They did an excellent job remodeling my bathroom. I had the tub removed and put in new tile, shower floor, shower glass door and had my water fixture changed to the other side of the wall. They were very professional and helpful in helping me select the look I wanted. So happy with my new shower! Thank you Brian and Infinite Home Improvements! I would use you again.
