Paint manager came to our home two weeks ago. Very nice and professional. said he would get us an estimate. slightly over 2 weeks later, nothing. even after emailing for one. im sure its because theyre busy but our business will be going elsewhere. lots of people can paint our home. promptness is important when we are deciding who to give alot of money to to paint a house.

If there was a 0 Star that’s what I would give this joke of a company! I, ME had to re-sand and repaint my ENTIRE brand new house. My SMOOTH walls felt like sand paper. Why? Because they didn’t wipe the walls before painting. Cut in was like a child did it. They didn’t repair any dings they said they would if it was a quarter size or less, no… caulking around the tub‘s or shower. The exterior was just as bad! They got paint all over our garage floor, didn’t paint with brushes but used rollers to paint the trim around the SECOND FLOOR windows and got paint all

I requested a quote via email on their website in July. No reply so I resubmitted the following week. Still no reply so I called the number. They apologized for inconvenience and set up a time to come out. That was Monday August 7th. Mike that came out was nice. Said he would email me the quote soon, but not that day. No quote 11 days later. So I… text Mike. No reply. Day 13, I called main number. He apologized again for inconvenience and said he would contact Mike. . . Here we are September 1 , no email, call or quote. My business must not be important to Whitey's. I will pay someone else
