We noticed a leak in our water heater. Turned it off and called a couple of plumbers. D. Martel was able to come out that day. Arrived on time, looked at the water heater and explained everything to my husband. We opted to go with a new water heater. It was delivered and installed during this service call. Old water heater was taken away. Area was left left clean and tidy. Dan was great to work with. Next time we have a water issue we will be sure to call D. Martel.

I was able to get help for my urgent kitchen sink leak same day! Not only that, but my technician was able to arrive several hours earlier than expected. They showed up on time and immediately identified the problem. Embarrassingly it was something I should have been able to do myself in seconds! But they were nice enough to point it and ask for nothing, even though I had wasted their time. I'm grateful. You can tell a lot from how a company responds to a situation like this, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

How many ways can you say "outstanding!" What should have been a simple "walk in and replace a water heater" turned into a complex, time-consuming - bring in the troops - challenge. No matter. Our technician, Trevor, sized up the situation, made a few calls, and with lots of muscle and sweat (triple digit temps) - the job got done. Never mind the logistics; just know we didn't believe it could be done. The owner said it could and she was right. Everyone involved - and it was a team effort - had patience, professionalism, and lots of humor. Got a plumbing problem? Call DMartell! We are no longer

I called for what I thought was a leak in the wall and they were able to get me scheduled very quickly. My technician Trevor called ahead to let me know he was in route. When he arrived he quickly diagnosed the issue as a leaky seal in the toilets top tank and the sound was nothing too concerning (except for the water bill). The entire experience was professional and courteous and I plan to use these guys from now on.
