I have been a loyal customer to Urbanex since 2015. I called them yesterday about coming out to do a Termite inspection and they were here at 9am this morning. Brian was great! He listened to my concerns and gave me all my options to add Termite maintenance to my services. He even went the extra mile and sprayed my garage while he was here. I’ve been with urbanex for a couple years now and I’ve mostly had good service. Today I had Oscar come out and he did a phenomenal job I had some unusual issues with some bugs in my plants that he took care of he did a very thorough job on The exterior and interior. He made sure to totally Dewebbed the house. He was very kind courteous and knowledgeable. I hope to have him the next time I get my service. My house was new construction when I moved here in 2016 and there’s so much building going on around us that the field mice was a huge issue that has totally been resolved now. I would highly

The service representative we had was name Brian Rose. He came very prepared which is always great. He talked Cleary and not fast like folks that are in a hurry to sell you something. He was honestly a very knowledgeable man. Came back worked late did a awesome job. He told us what to expect and to look forward to great service. He didn't push nothing extra on us exactly what we liked.

I initiated this service because of a spider and mosquito problem. The agent who signed me up, Ethan failed to tell me that there would be a separate fee in addition to the regular monthly fee for mosquito. I did not find out until I mentioned I was still having problems with mosquitos. I was then told it was an additional fee each time they sprayed for mosquitos. This is the classic door to door scam!

We had Matt come out to our house because we found ants the day before and he did such a great job taking caring care of our issue for us. Very professional service and we had just signed up 2 weeks prior. We have kids and a dog and he made sure to take that into consideration while spraying. Highly recommend this company!

After a snafu with the first tech, the agent Michael (who is very kind and friendly) set me up with a redo on my service. He sent Jason out and I have to tell you, he is wonderful! He did a thorough job, is friendly and concerned about our needs as customers. He went above and beyond and I feel really good about it. He didn't just walk in, spray a room and say I'm done. He did the whole house, which is what they're supposed to do the first service. I highly recommend this veteran run company, most especially the tech Jason as he is superb.

Max was awesome - he went above and beyond to help respond to our mice 🐁 issues due to the open lot adjacent to our property that is not well taken care of. One of their salesmen knocked on my door trying to sell his pest control service. His first mistake was not telling what company he was with, I only knew the company by looking at the name on the t-shirt.
I listen at first trying to be nice but as the conversation went on, I did not like his demeanor nor did I care for him telling me I am going to need his services in the future. After politely tell him multiple times that I was not interested he kept going on about how I needed him and his services. He would not stop until I closed the door on him and went back inside.

This company has no respect for no solicitation signs. When I called the office I got my bro Dan telling me that they train their employees to disregard any no solicitation signs. Even when I told the man on my porch, inches from my no solicitation sign, that I had to go because he had woken all three of my kids that were sleeping, he STILL tried to engage and speak to me. He got a door in his face and his trainer Dan got a big eff you over the phone. WOULD NEVER use this company. Ever.

Urbanex termite prevention system is extremely efficient and cost effective. I understand in Tennessee it's not if you will be invaded by termites, it's when will you be invaded by the destructive pests. I highly recommend this low maintenance solution and the company Urbanex. Additionally, Brian who installed my system, was very knowledgeable, experienced and professional.
