This is an absolutely awful company to work with on every level. I purchased a car in October and by late December it needed an engine replacement. I dropped the car off on December 6th and did not get it back until December 24th. Some of the things I've experienced so far include the following...
- Screamed at by an employee. During one of my calls when I requested updates on my car I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor. The customer service rep told me she could only email the manager and request a callback. I then asked if I could be copied on the email and she said that was not possible

Purchased a car (2012 Impala) in which Ronald, one of the managers, stated that the car would be fixed and that they would cover the repairs. Keep in mind the car was taken to the shop the day after purchase. It’s been 5 days and still the car is not fixed causing us to lose income. They’re saying it’s up to the warranty department and the warranty department is saying it’s up to the management. Asked for a statement in writing of everything that is to be repaired to match with what the company that was initially supposed to do the repairs stated and they refused. If you deal with them

If you are in need of a vehicle and cannot get financing through a bank with a low deposit, good APR, or note. This is the place for desperate, I need a vehicle now place. I’ve visited all three locations on Division street in Arlington and let’s just say this is literally a finance as is type of ordeal. They do not take effort in cleaning the vehicles to make you want to spend your hard earned money. I’ve view at least 4 vehicles and all of which had a foul odor. Vehicles that looked decent in pictures did not look the same and major issues such as cracked windshields and dents were visible

Would not recommend this place. We got a 2017 dodge journey. Everything is breaking apart we already spend almost $1200 try to fix what's broken but it's still giving us problems. Windows not rolling down. Seatbelts are broken and lots more. Don't come to this place. Very disappointed with this place.

I have had a vehicle through it MEI Auto for full year before it was totaled. I was always on time and if I were to be late, always had an open line of communication. From the beginning of October, I lost my debit card that I normally pay my note. And for some reason the bank that I got my card through ( online only account) decided to severely delay replacing my debit card. The ting is, without my debit card, I can only play with my checking account information. Of course, MEI Auto doesn’t take this form of payment because who ever heard of ACH?Since they refused to take my payment in that form

Terrible place! I bought a 2014 Chevrolet Sonic last year and I've been having nothing but problems ever since I got it. I was told by a mechanic that the car needs a compressor & its almost $2000! Stupid auto max says they don't fix issues like that & they refuse to take the car back. I don't care how desperate you are go elsewhere or you'll regret it.

I went to Auto One not because I couldn't get a car anywhere else but I wanted to give my business to ppl who looked like me. I went in real stupid as if I didn't know anything about cars just to see if they would screw me over and they did ! I got a 2014 Dodge Dart Rally E from these people yesterday 06/02/2018. The problems with this car without me even taking it to a Mechanic is.
1. Alignment
2. Tires need to be replaced
3. I asked the sales person JD what the light on in the dashboard ment just to see if he would tell me the truth. This dude said it was tire pressure yall . Basically

Horrible customer service after car is purchased. I was told I would receive a gas card by Michelle which she never gave me. I mentioned A/C not blowing cold while test driving they were supposed to service it before I left. I end up still having the issues along with other minor issues which I expected due to the type of lot it is. I brought the vehicle back to be serviced they only drove it around and wouldn't reimburse my gas. I still had the problem with my A/C when they returned my vehicle just a quarter tank of gas less. Then Jessie the manager argued with me about giving me a gas card

Let me tell y'all. This is literally the 4th dealership I have bought from in Arlington. Every other experience was a nightmare. I have finally had an easy and smooth experience with Auto Max.
I walked in. We got right to work - no wait. Left with a vehicle for a small down payment. Mike Smith and Corey were very kind and didn't make us feel like we were being hustled by used car salesmen at all! They worked with us to fit our needs plus they were efficient. The office was spacious and very comfortable. Welcoming and upbeat, unlike everywhere else I've been. Small vending machines

Im a person that never write reviews but I've had it with this company so it's time to vent.... I bout my first car a 2008 dodge charger back in 2015 the car was a lemon but I understood that it was a used car and would have some issues so I didn't push the issue until my motor blew on it in 2017.... I was very upset at the time and should have taken my money and ran but due to personal reasons like getting my kids to and from school and work for myself I decided to stay with the company since they had all of my information and i really didn't have much time to play with.

I'm very happy with the customer service James and Criss gave me and my this is two times now that we buy cars from them I read some of the bad reviews people leave and nobody bend there arm to buy the car you know what you're paying before you get the keys so if you make the payment then buy a cheaper car

Horrible they sold my husband a car as is when we had a newborn baby the alternator was going out and and when we opened the roof the glass shattered on my baby's car seat while he was in it thank god I keep him covered and the coolant was low the 3rd day because it turned out to be a leak he tried to return the car because it's a lemon and it's been sitting there while we continue to make payments and pay for Lyft rides you SOB are crooks and almost cost my child's life

If I could give this place negative stars I would! Do not I repeat DO NOT buy a car from these crooks. Places like these are what give car salesmen a horrible name. I bought a car here in 2013 and was promised up and down that my payments were so high each month because they only offer 3 year loans and that I would my 2007 scion paid off in 3 years. So I paid almost $400 a month, every month, on time, for three years in hopes of finally paying it off. The three year mark came and my balance was still at an incredibly high $5000 still!!
