We are experienced with new construction projects as well as existing building additions, expansions, building upgrades, renovations, restoration work and design build services. Located in Innisfil, this project was completed in 2005. This hybrid project commenced as construction management with a plan to switch from construction management into stipulated sum contract.
Located in Barrie's downtown, construction on the MacLaren Art Centre commenced in 1999 and was completed in the fall of 2000. The original building was the City of Barrie Library, constructed in the early 1800's and known as the Carnegie Hall. One of Bertram Constructions' frequent clients.

Bertram Construction has been shaping the landscape of Simcoe County and surrounding area for over 80 years. The firm was founded 1934 by Ross Bertram. In 1954, Ross, along with his brother Pat, and their brother - in - law, Leslie Crook, formed Bertram Brothers Construction. Ted and Barry eventually bought the company and ran it successfully for many years.
