Had used company. Had a problem. They were unable to correct problem, so cancelled job. Called them several times for another job. They never called back. They held grudge and refused to discuss new job. Very poor service.

We had two single garage doors replaced. They were informative and courteous on the phone. They were on time for our appointment and did a very professional job. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Chapman's rocks! They are always on time with the right attitude! Rafael and Felix repaired a bracket with skill and ease. We love Chapman's!

Techs showed up as expected, very professional.. would use this company again. Did a great job!

Scheduled an appointment to have someone come out between 1&5pm. 4 pm nobody calls or shows up. I called them, they stated that they had no techs as of yet but they would call me when someone is on the way. That was all Thursday. Now it's Friday 5pm. They are closed and nobody called or showed up. I shouldn't have had to call them to find out why nobody fulfilled their promise as scheduled. Nice people, just bad business practice. If you put a customer on the schedule, they are waiting on your service. It would have been appropriate to call the customer to at least let them know that you will not

Set a tentative appointment on Monday to have an estimator come out to my home. Friday rolls around I call to check why no one had come. They said they could NOT set a specific time to come out to my home. Not terrible in itself. But no one bothered to let us know this and my information had been shoved aside. Thankfully I called to find out or I would have waited indefinitely. Apparently they have enough business. There was no option fo zero stars.

I had an appointment, but had questions about parts and labor costs. I discovered their parts are over priced by at least double the retail price. They require you to use only their stocked parts. I used someone else who was much cheaper and more friendly.
