Rodger Osteen began Painting by Rodger in 1995 after 20 years of working in residential and commercial remodeling services. Rodger's career began in the mid-1970s. He started as a painter's helper in his family's business in Greenville, South Carolina before leaving for college. Rodger moved away from home to study interior design at Winthrop University and then began his own business.
