Wind took off lots of my shingles on garage and rain was following in a few days. I called landreth on Oct 13, the guys came out on 14th gave me an estimate on the repairs, very reasonable. I also asked for estimate on total roof replacement. Since rain was coming soon I need repair done soon...they had their guys back out Tuesday Oct 19 just before the rain hit. Great customer service from the receptionist all the way to the roofers. Thank you

Needed roof repair prior to painting house. Our main concern was rotting material and broken tiles causing a leak. They arrived on time for estimate and did a thorough job looking over our roof. Few days later we received a detailed estimate and made an appointment for repair work. They showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Even made sure to clean up after themselves. Great job! Highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

I purchased a new home and since this company did the inspection I called them for the needed repairs once I moved in. The first call I was advised someone would call me back. A couple weeks later I called again, advised I needed to sign the work authorization and send back. I did that. Nothing. I called again, they were very apologetic and advised they would contact me the following week to schedule. Nothing. I called again. I was told due to the heat their guys couldn't work full days and they would call me back in a few weeks to schedule. Made sense. Waited and waited no call. Shame

Received a second opinion for an inspection that turned up some excessive charges on a fairly young roof. The business was pleasant to work with, showed up on time, and confirmed my suspicions about the previous roofing company. I am having Landreth's come back to do the maintenance on the roof before we move. Thank you for being an honest company! I will update this review if needed once repairs are made.

Arrived on time and as promised. I was given an estimate and pictures of all repairs needed on the roof. They were very busy but gave me a starting date. Their crew arrived on time and worked fast and hard. They took a short break for lunch and finished early afternoon. They were polite, cleaned the area spotless. I was more than happy with the workmanship and have already referred several people to their business.

This roofing company is THE BEST!! They will inspect your roof for free and give you a detailed report if any repairs are needed. They recommend that you have your roof inspected every 2 years to make sure every thing is ok. I just had an appointment and the gentleman called to say that he'd be 15 minutes late which most people don't do. He gave me a lot of information about the condition of my roof. I also used Landreth when I sold my home in Modesto 2 years ago. The repair cost was significantly less expensive than 2 other companies. I highly recommend them. 5 stars.

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We were able to get a quote right away. Kate was very helpful with color choices and different material options. Once the work started, the crew was on time, and very professional and clean. The whole process was easy, quick and seamless, and then we had a beautiful new roof!!

Landreth Roofing Company did a great job with my difficult roofing project on an old fixer-upper modular home. The president of the company came every day to check on progress and work with the team on problem-solving. When extensive dry rot was discovered, he assigned his son to make sure that all the problems were addressed correctly. When the roofing inspector insisted on a higher grade of roofing material in the case of my home, Landreth Roofing gave me a break on the increased price. Something fishy was going on here. Landreth's inspection showed that not enough nails were used to put my roof on. A second opinion from another contractor showed me pictures where shingles had forcibly been pulled up pulling the nail through the shingles. One or the other is lying to me. I don't trust them.

Seems my first review was pulled.
Landreth has terrible service. They tried to tell me I need an entirely new roof for $10k. I had another roof inspector come out and he showed me where the Landreth inspector had forcibly pull up shingles and falsified my roof inspection report. All that was needed were a few shingles replaced for a nominal fee.

Landreth Roofing came out and did our roof inspection with a 2 year certification when we bought our house in Modesto. We were very happy with their customer service and responsiveness. When I called they said the repairs would be completed within 30 days and they came out around 3 weeks later. We have had no issues with our roof since then.

Got them to come out and for $80 give me an estimate and I guess some sort of certication that if they performed the work it would be certified as lasting at least 25 years but what is funny is I never get them out to do the work. Last I heard from them was on 3/21 saying he was finalizing his schedule and would let me know what day he could come out to check a new issue (to see if it's related to my roof or not) and i never heard from him again. Moving on.... Sadly, I am finding this is the norm with many contractors/businesses these days.....No follow through or follow up.

This review is not for their work because they said they were 6-8 weeks out which is understandable. But the lady who answered the phone told me to call back at the end of the month to schedule appt. I said I was ok with scheduling it now for may. She refused to schedule it. No problem. You lost my business.

While the quality of work is very good, I was less than impressed with their customer service. I called and requested that someone come give me an estimate for some minor repairs, and asked if they could come out to give the estimate as soon as possible. Much to my surprise, I came home from work a few days later and the job had been done!
