Remodel Surplus! My husband and I are trying to contact you since Oct 8th, 2021 and we haven’t heard back from you so far. When are you coming back to finish the kitchen cabinets installation you started by the end of July? This is a 30K project and I don’t believe you are considering this project concluded, since there is 1 handle missing, uneven cabinets, bended door, visible nails in the toe kick, as shown in the pictures. In addition, part of the countertop is in front our garage door, waiting for the installation. One star is for the salesman! He did a great job!

To be clear, my husband & I didn't have any work done by this remodeler, so I can't comment on the quality or value of their work. My experience was that we stopped in to discuss remodeling a bathroom. The person in the showroom (possibly the owner but he didn't introduce himself) only listened long enough to hear the word "bathroom". He then spent the next twenty minutes talking, going off on tangents that were irrelevant to us. We couldn't get a word in edgewise, and we couldn't get away fast enough. 9/2020 - Worked with owner, Jose Ortiz, to replace the floors in my condo. He and his team were absolutely amazing and offered pricing that beat any where I compared in the Orlando market. I've attached before and after pictures to show the transformation. My only regret is that I didn't have the budget to execute on the full remodel plan that Jose created for my project. I highly recommend this firm and their install team.

Out of $20k filing a lawsuit after almost a year of my small kitchen renovation. This is what this company left me with. Images attached.Can not open drawer or door near the stove. The owner Jose Ortiz did all the measurements and refusing to fix anything. Contractors consistently quitting on him. One of the contractor told me that there is so many jobs Jose Ortiz did not complete and that is the reason he left. The owner collecting money delaying projects and blaming everything on the contractors. I believe all positive google reviews is fabricated. If you can not see the images send me an email

First and foremost, Jose is excellent at consultation and finding you what you’re looking for. Then he and the guys he works with are even better at making it happen. I’ve worked with Jose for 2 flooring jobs now and the 2nd time was even better then the first. Everyone who sees our floors are always awestruck and wants to know where we got them and who installed them. I’ll recommend working with Jose to anyone who’ll listen.
