Jim’s flooring just finished installing wood look ceramic tile on the entire first floor of my condo. There were a few hiccups at the beginning, but they were handled promptly. Communication was handled very well throughout the process. The job was completed by a gentleman named Roberto and his crew. They did a fantastic job and they were very fast! Very careful with moving furniture and cleaned up the job site very well. I would definitely use Jim’s Flooring again in the future. Thanks to Jim, Mica, Roberto and his crew for the great job!

Jim and his staff did an amazing job! Jim (owner) came out personally to do the estimate and came back to my house to sign the contract as I could not get off work in time. I had vinyl laminate flooring and… patio carpet installed. The two installers were professional, courteous, respectful and very skilled. Dylan, the vinyl laminate installer, gave us daily updates of when he would arrive, leave for lunch and leave. He even helped me with an unrelated door problem! Mica was a great guy to work with. Very knowledgeable about the products and answered all the questions we had. We purchased 1200 sq ft of Odessa flooring and shipment arrived in just a few days. I highly recommend this business. Will recommend to friends and family.

Jim was amazing! He came quickly to measure my home and had an estimate to me the next day. He was very informative and gave me great advise on materials to fit what I was looking for. The installers (Kale and… Ritchie) we're just as perfect. I now have a beautiful floor upstairs and am extremely HAPPY that I chose Jim's Floor Decor for the job. I like this place because it's they make real good food down they really know how to cook some good barbecue and and I've been knowing him for years I stayed in the area for you and anytime I go down there and say I need something to eat their fix me up or if I need something to take the church or something for the next day they'll have it done for me I like those guys they're pretty cool. Nice people and I love going down there I just need to go for the fish fry that's the only thing I haven't done yet love the place

I purchased plantation shutters from Jim's and am very pleased. The shutters are so gorgeous, I can't stop looking at them. Both Jim, the owner, and Jim, my installer were polite and professional. I shopped… around and Jim was $900 cheaper than the big box stores. The quality of the shutters couldn't be better. I would definitely recommend Jim's Floor Depot for plantation shutters.

Great family owned business that is totally customer focused. Dealing with Rocky at the show room, Jim with selecting/measuring/purchasing/ and setting up installation, and Jay, who did a great install job, was the best vendor experience in our remodel. Thanks guys! (So happy with the flooring, we're using them to get plantation shutters throughout the house. I'll write a review on that once installed.)

Definitely recommend these guys! Went into their store to look at what they had, they have everything you need to get your floors done. Rocky and Jim were very helpful in choosing our carpet. You can’t beat their prices. After picking a carpet, they came in measured our home, scheduled the installation, and got to work. They did a great job moving all of our furniture with care and replacing it back when they were done! Highly recommend them!

Jim's was grreat , quickly followed up with me to get an appointment scheduled. A few days later product arrived and install was Great . Another happy customer here :) I highly recommend them.

Today I received a visit from one of Jim's floor Depot workers for a free consultation.
I had visited the Store days before and I found some carpet and, tile that I thought was nice it just happened to be on sale.
Lucky me huh don't smile quite yet...
The worker came out to do measurements and then we sat at the table to talk business. I'm referring to this gentleman as worker because he never actually introduced himself with his name.
He did give us a card with the company's name on it.
After sitting with this dude he wrote out the estimate. The estimated was for our living

On June 15, 2018, the owner, Jim Barnes, came to our house and measured our floors for tile flooring. He told us we had 1450 square feet. Later I noticed on the invoice that he had put 1475 square feet. I also later found in his notes he had put1394 square feet. (I had previously measured 1389 square feet.) He claimed later that it was for overages. In a lump sum contract there shouldn't be any overages. Also, the differences never averaged 10% or 20%, as is customary for overages. NEVER, EVER, AGAIN.
Workers were unprofessional and extremely slow, seeming to be more occupied with taking breaks than actually getting work done. It took three guys two days to do less than 1000 ft. They ran over time on the second day, causing them to rush through the master bedroom and do sub-par work. I have a coaxial cable that runs from bedroom to bedroom. Three times, I asked them to run the cable under the carpet close to the trim along the wall. They assured me it would be no problem. When I got home after they left, I found the cable
