Very pleased with the quality of the work performed. Very knowledgeable and good to work with. Zett has knowledgeable staff who performed many tasks for us. Refaced our kitchen cabinets, gutted half bath and replaced, removed wallpaper and painted. Refinished hardwoods and worked with us to create a custom mantle for our fireplace.

Would give them 2.5 stars if I could. But went under contract with this company in May, to replace our downstairs floors and remodel our countertops. It is now November and they just now completed the project. I can’t in good faith recommend this company to anyone I know because the lack of communication and lack of respect from a professional to a consumer who knew barely anything about what all goes into a remodel was appalling. We never knew when their team would show up at the house, and with a new born and parents who both have jobs it was always a headache. There would be different people

I am currently under contract with this company, but I wish that I had gone with someone else. After taking my deposit, they have been totally unresponsive. I have received 2 emails; the first 3 weeks ago that they would be in touch within a few days. I responded asking for a phone call which never happened. Today, I received an email requesting that I take before pictures for their use (typical before and after). Again, I requested a phone call which hasn’t happened. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this company.

They did a great job with replacing my tub with a stand up shower, and replacing my bathroom floor. Jim was on point with what was available and they could perform, Devin was on point with sales end, getting order and making arrangements for install. Problem was, beyond that there was no communication when needed, a few issues developed and I was unable to get needed answers. Fortunately, I was able to reach out to Devin and he was able to get answers, and get needed task completed. Outside communication block, I am very happy with work completed!!

Jim Eldridge is the saleman that I worked with to order my onyx shower system. He was very sloppy in ordering my parts and did not listen to my requests to verify that everything had been ordered in the right quantities, slowing down the installation process by a month. With such a huge purchase (over $4000 for a shower) I would have expected him to be more professional. Everyone else in the company that I had contact with was very helpful and professional.

We had a major make overofour home: concrete/brick repair, slight landscaping, window dormer redone, new front door installed, light fixtures replaced, wood flooring installed, basement totally redone, drywall, painting, bathroom fixtures replaced, doors adjusted, etc.

Contractors (bath and glass) do an excellent job!!!!! QC needs to improve on the sales aspect (communicated incorrect measurements which caused a 3 week delay) and the project management aspect (kept having to make follow-up calls to get status instead of them proactively calling me) to get to a 5 star rating. Adding a star for some of the 'make-ups' provided, such as a free upgrade to borderless shower walls.
