This dealership are a bunch of crooks break you car and then charge you for the parts they break and refuse to do warranty work if you want a good vw dealership go to Sheehy vw in Hagerstown I have owned vw’s for over 15 yrs and had 18 different models between my wife and I and never been more disappointed in a dealership. They are not honest and give vw service a bad name. If you want to spend extra money and have a bad mechanic working on your vehicle look no farther then this dealership. Very rude and arrogant store manger and service advisor

I just got a nice Volvo S90 from this dealer, traveling from New York state to here. It's a long journey, but not a tough one. People are friendly and welcoming- you got everything you need to know and the fact that all these information are real is important. Go meet Scott Henderson if you are interested in getting a vehicle here: he was my salesperson and working with him you could feel the efficiency- he does not delay things. Overally, I would rate 95 scores for my purchase, one point for not letting them to be too proud, four points for a neglectable injury in the exterior- rated by a perfectionism

I've been a big fan of avoiding dealerships. My wife and I were window shopping, we were test driving cars with the intent to purchase through one of the online vendors but these guys at Beyer crushed that idea. Our sales person and his support team were easy going, knew the products and didn't pressure. These guys jumped thru hoops to get us the right car and delivered on every ask. Huge shout out to Dave, the sales manager and Scott, our sales rep for delivering our best car buying experience yet.

My wife called to schedule a service call for a not even 1 year old atlas. All the electrical components are failing. False indications for the door being open, the parking break is coming on, the windows randomly lower. Started being one or two electrical components and is now 5 or 6 different false indications. Not what you would expect from a new car. It gets worse, rather then taking the problem seriously we were given the run around when trying to schedule service. When I told the rep I was talking to she would have to do better she hung up. Buy a better car, from a better dealership. The

Very poor service. The employees just weren’t very friendly and not like a usually dealership. Also bring cash, works WAY better than a card. I had to swipe 3 cards before it would even go through plus it already took the amount out of the cards I did use. They say it happens every day but still won’t fix the issue, or tell customers ahead of time cash works best. And they didn’t go about the situation too well, just overall bad service.

This dealership made purchasing a new car extremely easy! We were in the market for a new VW Atlas and were not looking to waste a bunch of time or be pressured into a car we didn't really want. This dealership did what every other dealership weren't able to do. They listened and pointed us in the right direction then let us think and test out the vehicle to see if it matched our needs. We were in and out in under 2 hours, which is amazing! They even beat the big city prices and we didn't have to drive an hour away! They definitely will have our business in the future.

I actually didn't know where to write this review. The same dealership goes by Don Breyer Volkswagen or Don Breyer Volvo. Evidently I already wrote a negative review of Don Breyer Volvo before. I'm the queen of second chances, so when my son found a car Car Gurus said was over $4,000 below retail and was a good deal, we went. It was a used 2017 car with just over 13,000 miles on it. I considered it a new/used car and it was high end, or at least a high end kind of car. We test drove it on a cold and windy day. Had some concerns, but they did agree to let me have a pre purchase inspection
