In response to owners response: I have no idea why you thought I was coming to showroom to pick out tile as I already picked out tile from Floor and Decor, bought the sample pieces and showed them to them man who came to do the estimate and he asked me what direction I wanted the wall tile to flow. So for you to withhold the estimate based on what you said, is just an excuse OR poor communication within your facility between the one who came out and the one who writes the estimate up. But even if you thought what you told me, why not a follow up call after I called asking where my estimate was

We have spent a week with your staff, Louis and Tony. We want to tell you what a pleasure it was having them here doing the work. We didn't mind the little inconveniences. Did a real good job with removing the hardwood and installing the luxury plank vinyl, other than when they replaced the shoe molding at the baseboards--could've done a better job (average at most). Three guys came and were very courteous, wore face masks, were hard workers, cleaned up their mess. Taped off the room to decrease dust, however, my husband said if they would've used a better filter on their shop vac it would've cut down on the dust that we found all over the house afterwards (had to dust and mop kitchen and living areas afterwards as there was fine dust everywhere

I would not recommend RCI Flooring to anyone. I had them install some carpet in a home I had recently purchased. Chris met me at the property and stated that he would lay the carpet in a way that the seems would not interfere with high traffic areas. This did not happen. We were left with a seem right in the middle of our living room. Years later, the seem is still visible even though I was assured that I wouldn't notice it after time. Chris and this team will promise you the work will be done correctly but they cannot deliver. This company does not care about you or your property. They are not

I worked with Chris regarding purchasing and having tile work done in my home. He came to measure give me information that I wasn't real comfortable with regarding the quality of work and never got back to me with a quote. I went into the showroom spoke with him. I waited a week for a quote on labor and material. When I didn't hear from him I called - twice. He was annoyed that I called, didn't remember that we even had spoken and then told me that I was not his only customer and he was really busy and he would get back to me whenever he could. This is a picture of my 1-year old Mullican:Hillshire: Oak Bridle floor purchased and installed by RCI. Chris ( the owner ) came out and said that it was wearing like it was 20 years old and that it was most likely a flaw in the coating. Mullican denied the warranty claim and would not even come to look at the floor. RCI, who initially said that they would do whatever they could to help us, has not responded to my emails or calls.
Be very wary about the flooring products sold here as RCI does not stand behind them and if you have a problem you are on your own.

Where to begin? I had laminate flooring installed in three rooms. The flooring came out looking nice however the baseboard molding left a lot to be desired. The crew installing the baseboard were amateurs at best. Sections of baseboard were cut either too short or too long. Corners didn't meet or looked very ragged. The caulking of the baseboard was applied sloppy and excess wasn't wiped off. But the very worst was what the crew did to my newly (6 days prior) painted walls and woodwork.
