I used Grant and his team to completely remodel my condo at the Travis at Katy Trail on the 16th floor. I've remodeled many houses since 1980 and built a large family home in Preston Hollow so I know how frustrating it can be. Grant's strengths are an eye for detail, a desire to get things right and like you want them, correcting any surprise problems, easy going personality, and integrity.
I would definitely use him again. We started out with a two bedroom two bath unit which was originally an inexpensive apartment built in 2000. It was in very poor condition so we totally gutted it and started over. We completely removed one wall to open the unit and make a larger living space. Next we moved a couple walls to make a larger owners bath and closets.
And we started completely over with the kitchen which was enclosed and open it to the living / dining area. Our condo is now modern, very useable with lots of light and we sure enjoy it! We worked with Grant and the Renowned team and could not be happier with their service.

After having a disastrous master bathroom remodel where the subcontractor had botched the job, I was faced with finding a company that fix it. The job was done so poorly that it had to be redone. Naturally I was quite skeptical after this ordeal.. When I contacted Renowned Rennovation, Grant came out and assured me that they could complete my master bath to my standards (I am very picky) and it would be done in a very timely manner. This place is terrific! They were able to help me at a time of need when everything in my new home was falling apart. My wife and I just finished a whole home remodel with Renowned Renovation and it turned out perfect!!! We did kitchen, bathroom, floors, and even added a new pantry closet for extra storage. We live in a condo with strict rules regarding insurance, work times, elevators, etc. and Renowned had no trouble navigating all that. The project took way more time than we expected however. Our initial project manager decided to change careers a couple months into the build and this caused a significant delay. Grant and team are fantastic. Needed a quote for a bathroom remodel. They were on time, Grant is the master of follow up. Perfect communication all throughout the process. The remodel went great and these guys actually cleaned up their mess, couldn't even tell they were there. Don't pay attention to the negative Nancy below. Look at his profile, all pretty much bad reviews. So no credibility there, didn't even have any work done. Take it from us, the ones who have ACTUALLY used Renowned renovation. I live in California and my mother who lives in Dallas recently had a fire her kitchen. Fortunately no one was hurt, but mom is a senior citizen and needed help getting the damage fixed so she could move back in.

I recently hired Renowned Renovation of Dallas to install carpet in two of my bedrooms. They did a fantastic job and at a reasonable price. They were flexible and able to move my appointment up in order to complete the work sooner than originally scheduled. I plan to use them again to install a pocket door and convert a room from a laundry back into a bedroom.

We had a bit of an emergency -- a bathroom demo that had been begun (stripped to the studs and floor joists) but not finished. I called Renowned Renovations in the early afternoon, and Grant Woodruff was at my house that evening to evaluate the situation. I had an official estimate and a contract in my hands before midnight. Cost Plus did an amazing job withour two bathroom remodels. There are no words to describe the satisfaction we have for a job well done. The master bath was made into a handicap friendly bathroom with a large walk in shower (easily accomodaing a rolling shower chair or wheel chair) with a built in bench along with necessary safety features including grab bars in both the shower and around the toilet. The tile work and granite countertops are beautiful and so easy to take care of. The hall bath is equally as beautiful with a large tub perfect for soaking or for children to really enjoy bath
