They do the common ground and swimming pool at Savannah Hills in OFallon,Illinois. The grass is cut with what appears to be dull blades. The mowing crew apparently isn’t able to read or understand how to set the mowing height. The grass is brown most of the year.The sprinkler system they installed does not work. The trimming and bed maintenance appears to have been skipped all season.Tree limbs and overgrown shrubs block the sidewalks around the swimming pool and need pruned desperately. The all Spanish speaking crew is impossible to communicate with. They might have been a premier service at

This company was hired by our HOA for lawn maintenance. After three summers of using this company our lawn looks like it's not been cared for . It's overgrown with nutedge, crabgrass, etc due to lack of regular weed control and fertilizer. Also, groundskeepers pay little regard to personal property and damage fences, lawn, and landscaping. We've spent time and money fixing what Delkus was hired to do in the first place. I would not recommend this company for residential lawn care and maintenance.
