Bought a truck from them, they told us their mechanic had checked it out and they just had it in the shop to fix the AC. We had it for a week before it broke down. The whole rear end needed to be replaced because it had no gear fluid in it which caused a gear to get stripped and got metal shavings in everything. Our mechanic told us that the fluid should have been changed when their mechanic checked it out. So they either they lied about the mechanic looking at it, they knew about it, or they have a very careless mechanic. We called them and asked if they would be willing to do anything about it

Absolutely horrible service. The worst auto shop place in asheville. If you go here prepared to be f***** over. The manager ,her name is Judy, does not need to be running that place. She didn’t even come up to me after being there for 20 minutes..... and after 45 minute she still didn’t make the effort. Was even watching me look at cars... I had a friend who also lived in her house she rents out right next door to the shop and they told me she never fixed a thing in that house. They went weeks without having anything in that house touched by her. They even told me they never even met her and

We were in need of a vehicle a couple times over the years and were not in any type of position to buy something with credit. Jimmy and Judy were accommodating for the past two vehicles we got and we are planning on trying to buy a third car from them in the next year.
