If there was a superhero plumbing action man, Mike has my vote. He truly is the superman of the plumbing world!
I'm so grateful for the time he took to address all the issues at our house. In the short time he was working, I learned so much from him. We had a leaking toilet, kitchen sink and blocked drainage from our washing machine. He fixed everything and left each area he had been working cleaner and in better shape than he found it. On top of that, he's just a super nice human being! I will definitely be recommending him to friends in need of plumbing help and be calling on him in the future

The first time I hired Mike was to replace a toilet with a new Kohler Cimarron. He came on time, was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was respectful of Covid requirements and respectful of our home with pads and foot protections... and he did it fast, right at an excellent rate. It's been a few months now and the toilet works great and there are no issues.

We were contacted by the City of Santa Rosa to let us know that we were using water continuously - after doing a little research on yelp I called DeJusto plumbing and I was not disappointed, Mike was extremely helpful. He explained what we needed to do and he came and fix the problem once the location of the leak was identified.

Mike did a remarkable job repairing my leak under the kitchen sink. He came out the same day I called him, and even called to see if he could come early. He was honest and explained everything he was doing, as he was doing it. I appreciated his honesty explaining all of the possibilities before coming out. I called Mike DeJusto for a leak under my house. I thought I could fix it, because, you know, youtube. Messed around for an entire day working on it, and in the end I made things slightly worse. After 24+ hours of no water I started calling around. I was referred to Mike, and called him. He answered the phone. I explained my situation. Mike came and fixed our toilet flushing problem in no time. He also did a bunch of extra stuff to make sure both house toilets were functioning. Mike is a great guy. I talked to him multiple times today to schedule something and then had to cancel on him. He was very patient and understanding. He gave me his professional opinion on what I was facing and was really honest with me which I really appreciated. He is VERY professional and I intend on using his services in the future. I usually don't write a lot of reviews but I just received such remarkable service from Dejusto Plumbing yesterday I felt compelled to say I would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber. Dejusto wasn't my first call for help, Mike was the only one that could make it next day. A leak in the laundry room and another somewhere either from the dishwasher or under the house was the issue. In the process he went under the house (a place I would never go) he checked for the leak and he checked and tested the sump pump while he was "down under" with winter coming he thought best to give it a test to

The first plumber in Santa Rosa to leave us completely satisfied. We contracted with Mike to replace two of our toilets. He went the extra mile by assisting us in repatching the wall behind one toilet (he had to move the supply valve), and he gave us time to repaint before he put in the new toilet. Mike pays attention to details every step of the way. Mike is cheerful and friendly to deal with. He always kept us updated on his progress.

Mike is honest, very responsive (by both phone and email), knowledgeable and professional in his work. We needed some work done on our older home and I reached out to Mike for a quote. In addition to spending 10+ minutes on the initial call to understand our situation, he offered to come by early the following morning (we called during the evening and our job was not an emergency). This guy (Mike) was GREAT. Very responsive to my call. Very professional, kind, and very well mannered. He called prior to his arrival and was right on time.
He replaced leaking pipes under my kitchen sink and installed a new faucet for me.
His work was perfect, clean and well tested, and VERY reasonable.

Recently had a toilet that was plugged so I called and was able to have someone come out the same day. They were able to clear the line and now it works great. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any plumbing services. He was very knowledgeable and the charge was very reasonable. Would use again.
