Services
Prep-work is 70% of the job ( Full pressure wash, scraping, sanding, priming, caulking, are just a few of the steps we take). We sand and prime all raw wood areas with XIM PealBond, or an exterior alkyd based primer prior to application of finish coat. We do not get over spray on foundation, windows, concrete walkways, roofing, or other areas not to be painted.

Kyle painted a house across the street from ours, and we were so impressed that we had him give us a bid to do ours, even though it didn't really need a new paint job yet. He helped us find the perfect color by going the extra mile and checking out houses in the area that we liked. We felt his bid was very reasonable. He and his crew did a great job and cleaned up after themselves every night. Kyle was very professional and personable and we would hire him again!

Modern Age Painting was a very pleasant experience. Kyle worked with me and around my schedule to determine the best color palette that would fit my house. I was so pleased with the painting of the exterior of my house that I had Modern Age Painting paint the interior of my house too. Both occasions were very professional and timely. We hired Kyle Williamson of Modern Age Painting to paint our ceilings and walls. Halfway through the job we were so disappointed by the quality (drips on baseboards) and work ethic (missed two days of work without calling), we decided to ask him to stop and just paid him for the work/materials he had done so far. He cried and he threatened to put a lien on our house and he threw his ladder across our front yard. We would NOT recommend hiring him.

When I was looking for quotes I contacted multiple people for bids. When Kyle from modern age painting came over he let me know what he would do and discussed good color options. He also gave me addresses of people in other neighborhoods that he painted so I could go and see his work. He was fair on the price and cheaper than some competitors. He came over with samples on the weekend and let us see the actual paint on the house. This helped us make an informed decision on what colors we wanted. He came over and did what he said he would. I am pretty picky and had a few small things I wanted fixed

Kyle Williamson owner of Modern Age Painting does not stand behind his work. This guy Kyle is a scam. I would not recommend this guy for anything. Kyle and Modern Age Painting painted more than the exterior of our house. Kyle painted roof tiles overspray on the roof and never even completed project. I had to hire someone else to clean up his mess.
