Trying to get a factory warranty repair took significantly longer than it should have, but a big shout out to Matt for his help in making things right where Infiniti and the dealer I bought it from got it wrong.

I took my car for servicing and paid $600 for service. My service engine light started coming on a day after. I called infinity to let them know and was told they didnt have any loaner cars but if I dropped my car off Thursday at 2pm they will look at it. I dropped off my car, called infinity Friday afternoon and my car hadnt been touched. I explained to Kalen the lady in service that it was a holiday weekend and I needed my car or a loaner to be able to get around on the weekend. She was rude. Kaylin and Nate are actually nice people but this one older guy i’ve never even seen before just shrugged me off & was completely nonchalant about the situation, which left a bad taste in my mouth. He told me he wouldn’t perform a diagnosis on my car after i clearly stated what was wrong with it, over the phone and in person. He test drove my car himself, came back and told me nothing was wrong with it and that he didn’t hear anything/ know what i was talking about.. as if i’m not the one driving my car everyday to notice even the slightest of changes, he wouldn’t even allow me to schedule

They have damaged more then they have fixed!
Car has came back on couple occasions with missing bolts/loose bolts/parts falling off car while on highway due to incompetent mechanics. Still under warranty but am cutting my losses and taking it else where and paying out of pocket! Not worth the risk of what else might fall off after the touch it.
Worst part never even got an apology from service manager! Service writer was always great and kept her word on everything she said which was greatly appreciated! Shop is different story. Stay far away.

Bad costumer service they just keep transferring me through the lines and telling me that they will give me a call and they don’t. I want to fix my car and I know what’s the problem but they need to change me with inspection even when i told them i need to fix this problem no need for inspection

I'll preface this by saying that when the service department is there, they are courteous. Good luck getting a hold of them though, as there's only 2 of them ever working there as of right now. They share a receptionist service with the Volkswagen next door that is less than helpful than just being able to call the service department itself. You're better off just going to the place to talk to whoever is there in person which I had to do multiple times since they were so busy. I had gone in to find an emissions leak that was never resolved correctly as the technicians could not find it in the correct

Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! Took my car in to get serviced, they did recall work and ended up breaking a $1400 dash and was only willing to give me free install. In addition, the car was not cleaned, finger prints left all over the glass on the inside. And the worst no update was given, I had to find out about my broken dash after calling them!!!!

Told I needed new brakes for my vehicle... that was 6 years ago and they are still in great shape. $150 for an oil change that took 8 hours? No thanks, I'll take my Infiniti to Nissan down the street and pay for the same service for 1/3 the price and be done in less than an hour. Avoid!

I had a Great Buying Experience! Darin and I worked out most of the details for buying a Q50 over the phone. When I arrived, the price was what we agreed on. This was very important to me since I was traveling from out of state. Darin also went the extra mile by walking me through the process. While there, Darin introduced me to Frank. Frank handles the finance process and was also great to work with. He walked me through the options and ensured I was comfortable with the choices. After the sale Connie reached out and made sure I had the documents I needed to title the vehicle out of state
