I’ve always cleaned my own carpets as I am very particular about how it’s done- especially the rinse process. I live in a condo with 1900 ft.² of ivory carpet. (Not my personal choice, especially with a cat. But the carpet was in good shape so no reason to change.). When it came time to clean this amount of carpet, I knew it was beyond my capabilities. Julie & John came to my home to clean all the carpets on my main level. That includes my living room, entryway and kids bedrooms. At the time I had a new crawler and the "yuck" they pulled out my carpet was absolutely amazing! I felt so much better about my little one being down on the floor exploring after they had finished!! They arrived on time, were so friendly and full of knowledge, courteous and genuine. I will definitely hire them again!
