I was given a price for flooring.
Tim at the desk was going to find out if there was a discount for cash.
He said he would email me the next day. He never contacted me.
I went back to the store and told Tim I needed to get the flooring ordered and he gave me a higher price.
Horrible way to do business.
Stay away from this business. Dishonest.

This has always been my go to and referral for anyone moving or living in Delmarva. NO MORE! Mike(owner) does not stand behind his mistakes. Our wood floors installed warped after they were replaced by a leak. The water meter FFP used was not accurate and they blamed the new floor buckling on our climate in the house. Have you ever heard of such nonsense? Legal counsel was sought and FFP got the wood and we had someone else install. Unfortunately the wood was not first quality. We will live with this for now and then replace again. Living in DE is great as long as you don't use this
