This place is awesome! I just bought my first car from here!!! Nadar, Logan, and Emily were all fantastic. They don’t jump down your throat. They treat you just like family and that’s the best feeling ever. They all have a sense of humor which was awesome. I would definitely go back and I have already refereed this place to some friends!!

Roman did a great job as our salesman. He greeted us at the door and worked with us to find a couple cars to test drive. He had our trade in evaluated while we were on the test drive to make the process as smooth as possible. Roman went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered and were comfortable with our purchase. I would not hesitate to return to this dealership in the future.

In 2017 I bought a car from Stephanie that worked there. The car was great, no issues. Well 2 years ago I decided that I wanted another car. I went in and was introduced to Christine the sales person. She was so pushy and used high pressure sales tactics to try and talk me into financing any car that was at least 15 grand or better. She wouldn't listen to me at all about what I wanted. So I did not buy a car because of her extremely poor customer service skills. Today I inquired about a car that they just got on the lot. Absolute waste of time!! They posted a car online. We applied, got approved, and even took a half of a day off of work to come up and get it for them to tell us they DONT EVEN HAVE A TITLE when we were on our way up!! Don't waste your time. They just say there's nothing they can do and dont care to try to help you. Go elsewhere and save yourself from this joke of a dealership

Sold my car here...but never got the money. Sold through KBB--Kelly Blue Book. Accepted their offer after they inspected my car, and waited around 45 minutes for paperwork and what I thought was a check. Was told they couldn't cut a check, but the next day corporate would courier over a check. I had the bill of sale. They had my keys, car and clean title. Okay--it was late at night...I guess I understand

No one called the next day. Called and was told it would take multiple days for the check to arrive, by multiple people--Mark Geiss and Dmitri, who identified himself as the general manager

Literally all the cars have been in accidents which the do not tell you, employees are rude and often don't know what they're talking about so they just say "I'll have to ask my manager". After I bought my car they said the service department would call ME to schedule a hood painting and cup holder instillation... two weeks go by no call. Will not be going back or referring anyone I know to this place.

Went to North Coast Auto Mall to look at a Camry LE as listed on their website. Drove more than 2 hrs. as price and mileage was what we wanted. Our salesman was Corrie McKinni. HE was GREAT! When we went to test drive the vehicle it was an SE instead of the LE which makes a difference to us. He apologized. We decided to test drive an XLE to compare the ride. We ended up liking that car and purchasing it although it had more miles and we a little more money. The rub comes when we were dealing with the finance people. VERY, VERY HARD PRESSURE SELL on extended warranties and GAP insurance

The accident history was misrepresented to me before I drove 4 hrs to visit the dealership. The accident was a deal breaker and in my opinion the dealership was willfully ignorant of this history at best.

PLEASE READ!! I know it's a lot but I feel everyone should know. I have never been/talked to a company that has been so bad to write a bad review but this is my first. I'm just going to write what happened to me you can decide for yourself if this is the dealership for you.

1st- I called about an availability of an f-150 because it was a 1.5 hour drive one way.

Saw a deal for an Audi Q5 here. The deals are pretty good here.

Marcus the manager was especially helpful as well. He gave us a coupon for future oil changes and was able to change the batteries in my keys on the spot.

The only thing I would watch out for is the front staff standing at the computers are pretty uninviting and don't even pay any attention to you as you walk in. I've stood in front of them for more than five minutes and continued to be ignored. The boss of the people who man the front is the absolute worst and needs to go. I cannot in good conscience give this business a good review! We looked at a couple of cars with Brandon, who was cordial. We decided on one car, but it appeared to have an oil leak, that we asked to have checked. They said no problem, it was getting late, so we said we would be back in am!! I got a call next morning from Brandon, saying that the car had sold!!!! I think that they didn't want to fix the problem! And I pity the person who has bought this vehicle!! They will be having problems!!

No need for multiple calls, every couple hours because I didn't pick up the 1st call! There is a reason why I'm not picking up and calling many times isn't going to fix anything except for the fact that I probably do not want to deal with you even if I did want to a car.

Any good reviews are fake reviews. Most of if not all the cars were in a accident. You can do better! Fix your credit! This is the wrong way to go ! You will be upside down on a car loan from hell! The sales people here are slimmer than average! Run away!! These cars are a step Away from salvaged!! Please don't believe any positive reviews! They are fake!

I purchased a 2018 impala from this lot a few months ago, minor flaws in paint but nothing major. Dealer said that it was never in an accident, clean title blah blah. Front end started making noises so it was taken into a Chevy dealer garage to look at it. Turns out it WAS in an accident and had front end damage. Paint was not factory so warranty would not cover repair. Several electronic components went out not to mention tires were badly warn almost to the wires. I guess there was a reason they were so quick to accept my money and get me off the lot.
Do not buy here! Find a reputable dealer

Mixed review here. They lured us in with the promise of many cars in our price range, which turned out to be 2 and 1 was a minivan.
Luckily one of the other salesman heard our plight and showed us a car they had just taken in on trade. I guess being in the right place at the right time helps. Still does not forgive the luring is in by exaggerating, since we drove almost an hour to get there.

Some really rude people work here. I was trying to buy my first car on my own. The salesman was nice enough, but the guy working on getting a loan through a bank was rude and clearly didn't care whether I bought a car or not because it seemed I was wasting his time. Not only that, but they showed me a car that was barely drivable and definitely had something wrong with it.

Come in here and see David Jabar! We stopped in just hoping to get some ideas and options. An hour later, we got an amazing deal on a very gently used 2016 a mantra. Haven't bought a car since 2011, but North Coast Automall on Brittain Rd (Akron, OH) made it very easy and very affordable to do so, while offering great service plans and personalized customer support even after purchase. Dave Jaber was my sales associate, and he couldn't have been more accommodating and up front regarding any question and/or request made (and let's face it, when we as customers are spending several thousand dollars, we NEED to be inquisitive and able to explore all options).

I wasn't going to write something after the owner Tony/Tom called me to give a half assed apology about his salesmen "sometimes don't know all the background info on a car" but after getting a credit application in the mail I've decided that people should know what a scam this place is.

The best used car dealership I have ever been to. I'll start by saying that I was drawn to the dealer by their competitively priced vehicles. I blue booked the vehicle I was inquiring about (2017 Ford Focus) and was amazed that the car was priced several thousand dollars below market value. I immediately called and was paired with associate Mike Mazur. He was extremely helpful and friendly, and due to his customer service and vehicle price, I was compelled to drive from Louisville, Ky all the way to Akron, OH! The buying process was simple and quick, and Mike made the process even easier

Don't waste your time even walking in the door.

I found an Audi online that I thought I could afford having run some numbers myself and pretty good credit. Arriving Friday, I test drove the car and said I would take it if the financing worked out. During the time I was there Moe was attentive and cordial. After giving them my credit information, they mentioned most banks were closed (6:30PM roughly) and they could give me an answer Saturday morning. I agreed and gave them a small deposit to hold the vehicle as I worked Saturday morning.
