The work was poor quality. We had both interior and exterior paint work done, and both were just not well done.
On the exterior, our windows were painted shut and our storm windows were put back upside down. We called the company and the team leader came back out to fix spotty paint areas and the painted shut windows, but didn’t correct all windows - and he complained most of the time about having to fix the windows. We called again and asked them to fix the remaining windows and never received a response from the company.

We are very happy with our newly painted house. The estimate process was quick and the price was competitive. The Perfect Painting & More crew arrived on time and completed the job ahead of schedule. A little extra carpentry work was required, but it was completed within the scheduled time for a nominal extra fee. The results are great.

The painters did everything they were supposed to do and were neat and cleaned up well
My only concern is that my credit card was charged 3 times . I expect the company will correct this. But otherwise I would use them again

We were excited to work with Perfect Painters based on our experience during the estimate. They were able to fit us into their schedule quickly. At the end of the first day the painters were here, they left drop cloths with paint, wallpaper pieces, and drywall chips all over the floors. There were glass bottles and bottle caps laying around the house and trash on the front porch and in the front yard. Our toddler and infant were picking up their trash and attempting to play with it. On the second day, they upcharged us for repairing the drywall after removing the wallpaper, but the repaired drywall

They were really amazing. Quick to quote us. Great and very fair pricing. The crew was very nice and addressed any concerns we had. They were careful with moving our things. Overall I can promise they will be coming back in the future to help paint our upstairs and some other things. Very impressed. Highly recommend.
