Very disappointing. I was referred to this company by a neighbor who had nothing but wonderful things to say about them. I emailed my initial request and received one email back from Mr. Greer, the owner, saying he needed more information and to call the following morning. I am unable to speak due to a laryngectomy I had 3 years ago due to cancer. I explained this to him and asked what information he needed, unfortunately I have yet to receive a response. It’s been a long time since I felt that my disability was not acknowledged as most people are accommodating to my need. It’s a shame but

Been around long enough to know when I'm being taken advantage of. Happens so much anymore that when you actually are dealing with ethical, professional people (like the tech from EZ Lift Garage) it can make you feel great all day! If you have issues with your garage door there is no other place to look! Our garage door opener went out! We called right away and they were out promptly! We have used this company several times over the years and have always been given excellent service. They always schedule an appointment the same or next day and always arrive early or in time. David is very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain everything and did great work to fix our problematic garage door. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone!

I have used them twice. The first time they fixed my door because someone ran into it. The bottom panel needed to be replaced. I hired them to replace it. They did a great job. Yesterday the door wouldn't go down. I called them to come out and he explained over the phone how to fix it. Honestly I wanted them to come out and they said they would but that I could probably fix it with a quick look. I went home and sure enough it took me all of 5 seconds to fix it. Instead of making a quick buck and charging me a service fee they gave me the information to fix it. I definitely will use this company

We called EZ Lift today after our large automatic garage door stopped working last night. David came out this afternoon -- within hours of us calling -- was incredibly nice & professional, quickly diagnosed the issue, had all of the materials & tools he needed to make the repair with him on his truck and, despite today's frigid temps, had the repair completed very quickly, with high quality & at what we believe was a fair cost. Wow what a great experience. They came out, were very honest and did a great job. They gave us a discount because we flooded which I didn't even ask for. Their normal rates are incredibly priced and they offer warranties on their work. I really like how professional and kind they are and they live and operate locally. I highly recommend.

Adam and his son in law came to our house over the weekend to give us an assessment and quote for replacement. They were prompt and professional and gave us a very fair and honest overview. We have had trouble with our garage door since we moved in early last year and by trouble I mean it has come off the tracks multiple times, become stuck with a tangled cable on both sides and then halfway collapsed into the garage. After meeting with three "garage door repair experts" last year when this all started I felt very confused. They each had different explanations that ranged from foundation

Ez Lift garage doors were able to come out and look at my garage. It was stuck and I couldn't get it to move. We ended up changing the entire garage door opener system. I kept the current door and springs. Very professional. They were fast and courteous. The price was 404 dollars including tax, labor and parts. Reasonable and very good!

This morning the spring on my garage door snapped. I called EZ Lift and left a message. They were quick to call me back and schedule an appointment. I think they did a great job. They didn't try to push into more repairs and they were very professional. They arrived the same day I called and were very clear on what was needed to fix my garage door. I found their prices reasonable. I hope I never need a garage repair again but if I do, I know exactly who I am calling.

Well, we(Wife) ran into the garage door, and it bent it bad enough to stop it from closing. Googled Garage Repair and EZ Lift showed up. Contacted them via their website, and I received a call same day from Adam. He showed up to the appointment slightly early which was Awesome!!
He not only repaired the door, he also educated me on how the garage functions and why he chose the method to repair the garage door(My door is really OLD!). The pricing was absolutely fair, and even though I could probably continue to use this door for a tad bit longer,
