A+ experience! Moved from Tucson to Long Beach. Pick up and drop off teams observed covid safety measures and were quick and efficient. Everything arrived within 24hrs as well as undamaged. Everyone from during booking to the last movers on the drop offs were friendly, knowledgeable, skilled in their roles and a true pleasure to work with.

Great experience. I couldn't be more pleased with the work done by My Tucson Movers Company. They seem to understand that the idea of having all of one's earthy possessions in transit can be stressful for some people. They were thorough, but very calm and methodical, just what you need on moving day. I would highly recommend them to others.

It was really great having the My Tucson Movers help my family with our big home move. They were fast and efficient and took good care with each piece of furniture. Let me start by explaining that we closed on our house earlier than anticipated and had to scramble to find a moving company as there was really only one day we could move. I called 2 companies, and this one was available. They got 4 stars and were BBB accredited, so I felt safe.
When I called to get a quote for this move, I was only informed the cost would be $135/hr for 2 movers with a 2 hour minimum. A truck fee, fuel fee, and material fee were not mentioned. Byer beware! Would give negative stars if that were possible. I will "long story short this" as much as possible. Called and obtained an estimate that was completely reasonable. When the moving crew, of 2 guys, arrived, they informed me I would be paying over double the amount I was originally quoted somewhere in the area of $2,000-$2,600. When I spoke with the owner of the company I was informed "well the situation has changed". The 2 guys who were there to do the manual labor did a lot of back peeddling and made a lot of excuses, laying blame on the "owner/boss"

We had a great experience! From the customer service to the actual move, the entire experience was great. During the actual move, they were so speedy and efficient in their work. Respectful and professional, they removed some of the stress of moving (let's be honest, you can't eliminate it all!) We had glass tables, a 6ft tall mirror amongst other pieces of furniture and boxes, nothing was even slightly damaged! Would recommend and use them again.

No one was wearing a mask. For 3.5 hours(rounded up, it was actually closer to 3)it cost a bit over $900. They charged me for an extra hour of "driving time" to drive a total of 5 miles. So total they charged me for 4.5 hours. They counted the time they stopped at QT to get water because they didn't bring enough in this total. My bed and upholstered bench both have stains. Also the movers commented on my breasts when they thought I wasn't around. Horrible experience.

Just called for an estimated on moving a couple of pieces of furniture - an hour job may be, and first question man who answered phone asked is what is your budget. When I guessed what I thought an hour of manual labor would cost his reply sarcastically was " what do you think, we live in Mexico". Then he asked when I would like job done (I had already told I was looking to move these few pieces sometime over weekend). He quoted me $500 - obviously do not need business bad enough to simply be polite. I'd say "move on" to next listing dont bother with this Amazon

The movers themselves did a decent job. But I ended paying about double what I was quoted. They added at least 2 extra hours moving time when no moving was done; 1 hr for "transportation" and extra hour for fuel when drive was only a few miles away. Padded charges with a lot extra which management refused to negotiate off.

At the conclusion of a very long, highly inefficient move day, the "boss" was content to knock only 1 hour off the total bill.
I reminded them: their lunch break/travel between addresses was 90 minutes long for a 15 minute drive. Then, their search for the contract (which was to no avail) added two more hours to the day. So, the 1 hour discount didn't come close to covering the wasted time we still got stuck paying for.

I am a single mom and was looking to just have a few heavy items moved, having never used movers before I didn't know the in and outs ... cost etc. That said I called and the man that answered the phone was rude and basically laughed when I told him the budget I had. He told me the fees start from the moment they get in the truck and when I explained how small the job is he snickered and said it didn't matter. No work with, negotiations NOTHING I guess being working class and on a tight budget is laughable to this company ... obviously I won't use them I hope you don't either

Let me start by saying that the actual two guys that came were great and did a great job. The reason for two stars is that a move that 6 months prior from a different company, that cost me $225 then, cost me $408 this time. The two men showed up at 10:20 and were done by 12:20, yet I got charged for a full third hour. Also the fuel charge was a whopping $68 to go 6.1 miles (explained by a gentleman on the phone as the total mileage charge and truck charge, yet I payed a separate $85 for the truck). In Tucson, premium gas is $2.78, so $68 worth of it is roughly 25 gallons, that is enough to make

Worst moving company I have ever hired, they claim that we had bed bugs, but in fact we had the pest control come out to check we had no bed bugs, the guy who came out walk in the house for 5 seconds and left said were infested. I explained to him that we had a expert check and were clean, when did this guy become a professional pest inspector? So he left and said "you have bed bugs I'll give you a number to another company who move you in today" NO not cool when we didn't have any. I'll also be doing a complain on BBB about this company, land the guy who came out to move
