We had a great experience with Murtaugh Restorations. Over the winter we discovered that our roof ridge vent was damaged, allowing snow and rain to enter, causing our ceiling to become wet. We had to wait out the winter before we could get the ridge vent replaced. Meanwhile, with every snowfall, or in warmer temperatures, rainfall, our upstairs ceiling would become saturated. It was extremely stressful. When spring finally arrived, we signed a contract with a prominent local company. They promised that the work would be completed “within a couple weeks”. Company is a joke if they said they'll repair your ceiling and give you an estimate and send me an invoice with cost. Estimator never called me back to set a date and I called again and he said he'll see if his workers can do weekends then never called back on that either. So I called company line to transfer message and another week later never got a call back from that. Over three weeks and I needed my ceiling repaired before I move put of state and NOTHING! I was willing to pay the rate and get it done but apparently my job wasn't good enough or they can fix my swirl style ceiling.

I have had three jobs done by this company in the past year. A small roof repair, a pipe repair which also entailed ceiling repair and a window replacement. On all three jobs the employees were very professional and showed up right on time. The owner came out to inspect all work and to make sure we were happy with the job that was done. I will continue to use this company in the future.

I needed a roof repair and selected this group on the internet for my area. What a great choice! Very professional, good communication with explanations and photos of what needed done as well as the finished job. Fair pricing. Fast service. Boyce even returned a few days later to place a screen door on track that I had accidentally walked through!!
