Walter and his crew installed new beautiful floors. A&P told us what to expect, showed up the days they said they would, moved furniture around during installation, and cleaned up nicely afterwards(very important with kids). They did it for a reasonable price as well. We plan to use their services for our future finished basement. Overall a great experience!

I’d give painting quality and wall repair ‘B+.’ Few areas wall plates were not removed, couple of dried paint drips, sloppy painting done on edges (lip strikes and door hinges had paint).
I’d give the cleanup ‘F.’ The house was a mess: dried paint on floor, doorknobs and metal fixtures; guest bathroom had paint on faucet handles, sink, floor and mirror (and this room wasn’t painted), paint and pieces of drywall on carpet in both bedrooms, mainly along edge. Maybe vacuum when complete?

Mike was very professional and friendly. He got to my house earlier than what he said so he could prepare to work. We left him alone to work and he finished within the time frame he promised. He even had spare time to say hi to our pets. Walter and Yasmin were fantastic with working on a date that was good for both of us. Overall 100000/10 . Highly recommend

Summary and recommendation – I give A & P Contractors an average grade for the work they have performed. I don’t blame the workers; I blame the companies’ managers for the marginal performance.
I accepted the bid as presented by Eric Assis to paint the entire inside of my house. My girlfriend objected to having this done in one sitting, so I asked the project be modified by breaking it down into 2 phases.
Phase 1 issues:

I sought five quotes for painting the exterior of our house, plus some minor carpentry work. A&P's quote was not necessarily the least expensive, but they were far from the highest. After reading the reviews we decided to use A&P. Wow, what an amazing job!!!. The two guys doing the work were very professional, detailed and they offered some ideas to make it even look better than I had planned. I want everyone to know that GREAT SERVICE STILL EXIST. The story goes like this, I was moving into my new apartment with my girlfriend. We had the idea to have accent walls painted in the bedroom and the living room of our new place. We kept looking for painters but nobody would return our calls or emails. On the day before, I gave it one more chance and found A&P Contractors. I put in my information the morning and went to work. By 4:40pm, wrapping up my day at work, I received a call from Yasmin from A&P. She was so helpful and really wanted to help. I told her that I need to get two walls painted
