I buy and trade vehicles very often, that being said, I have had 28 vehicles in the last 10 years. My worst experience to date is with wolf chase Honda. I worked with Abner who was a very professional sales person and he did his job well. His bosses however, specifically the Sales manager and finance manager were rude. They did not like explaining what $3900 "appearance package" is or why the doc fee is $799. Several other things also. They are rude and you are just a number to them. I would avoid this place at all cost. I understand dealerships have to make money, but these guys are

We first started bringing our Hondas here in 2000. We've cycled through 3 Hondas at this dealer since then. We moved out of town for a few years and then came back recently with our new 4th Honda. We wanted to try AutoNation as it's closer to us, but they were fully booked 2 weeks out, even for an oil change. When I asked why they said they were short staffed. I bought a used CRV years ago for Mr. Greg King. Back then it was a positive experience. Mr. King listened to my concerns and worked with me through the buying process. He even programmed my radio for me and walked me through all the features after my purchase. I was so happy with everything we took a picture together next to the car.

I left my key in the trunk and I do not have a spare copy. I called Honda Wolfchase and was informed that the Repairs shop close at 6pm where they can make me a copy. I'm cutting it very tight and didn't think I was able to get a copy but I was at the Repair counter at 550pm and Hunter & another gentleman was able to assist me with no problem! They were absolutely funny and literally gave me a key fob in less than 5 minutes! Bought 2 Honda"s there in the past both times were great experiences. Put in an online credit app this week and 4 days later get a call some type of technical error so was never fully received so decided to go in today. Place is packed with new and used cars, salespeople but no customers. I see why. So unorganized . I test drove two cars and left in the one I came in. Came here yesterday (March 27) to have my car serviced. I had made an appointment but for some reason it wasn't in the system for a lack of VIN# BUT Dexter made sure to take care of me! I was in and out within 1.5 hours and that was with an oil change/tire rotation/basic car inspection. I'm glad to have found a place to take my car now that I've moved into town. I'll definitely be back and soon to take advantage of my complimentary car wash!

To mention my first few bad times, two of their techs have asked for my number and one of them got in my car after giving me my keys to ask for my number. The "transmission cap/cover" was not on when I looked under my hood a week later. To say that was them or not I am not sure but what a coincidence. The shuttle to the mall does not rotate as it should so we were at the dealer for two hours and it never came.
I had questions on the billing for the services but the cashier was not being helpful and seemed annoyed.
At that point I wanted to get out of there since I was waiting so long so I paid it and left

Victoria and Mario were amazing at Wolfchase! I broke down on a dark country road during a road trip from Richmond, VA. They were the second dealer on this trip I went to, and addressed a problem, that had happened before. Water under the carriage was always the answer. Wolfchase, your service department failed the test with me. I have owned two Honda CRV's (including the one I drive) which were purchased at Wolfchase. Time was when Wolfchase employed some reasonably smart folks in the service department. From my visit there today, I could only conclude that they're now hiring bimbos off the street.

Let me just start this review by saying that Mr. Jon Lau was so awesome to work with! He was truly accommodating and very personable. This has been such a great car buying experience. Dexter has been my service advisor for over 11 yrs. He is always nice, helpful, honest, and answers questions related to services needed. He is awesome at his job and ensures I'm always " fixed up right" before I leave. If I have an issue he is quick to get it resolved and will have the technician come speak with me if there's something he can not explain or if I need to explain it to someone other than him. If Dexter ever left, I'd be lost without him!!! He's like my go to person, I mean if it weren't for him, I probably would not have purchased a car from this

Just wow, you would think factory trained mechanics would have a bit more skill and pride in the work they do yet here I am. I had a "simple" transmission fluid change done on my Civic hybrid and they failed to complete this without screwing it up. I do much of my own basic maintenance because sadly you just can't trust other people people to care. The next day I got under the car to change the oil and that when my anger started to build.

I am a nervous person, dislike the negotiating process, confusing contracts and confrontation. Basically the worst person to have around when buying a car! Wolfchase made this car buying experience as easy as possible.
Pricing was very fair and included some nice guarantees/benefits for buying a "Certified Used" vehicle. We worked with a sales agent named Allen McGonagill who provided fantastic service.
The real winner is their service department under the leadership of one Abdul Jones.
We had a problem with the vehicle that required multiple visits to resolve. Finally, they recommended

Not only do they have coupons and a free car wash after every service, they also have the best staff and a frigging Yelp check in offer!!!
I have never been pressured into buying anything I don't need, only suggested... The guys are always so nice and they really do have your best interest at heart. The cashier ladies are great too!!
