I sent them over to rental property that I have and my tenant called me told me that he was timely, very professional and completed the job. I highly recommend using True Flow Heating and Air if you’re having issues with your HVAC system. Honest pricing, attentive, and have excellent communication. It’s true what they say about how it’s hard to find good help these days. But the service I’ve received from True Flow has given me faith that there’s people out there that are proud of their work, and it shows. Eric has been very fair and honest on pricing and I’ve never felt like I was getting the run around or getting charged unnecessarily. Frankly, we need more contractors like this around town! I’ve used them on two jobs

This company was reasonably priced as well and explained in detail the problems i was having with my furnace more than any of the other companies I had contacted. True Flow did an amazing job on my cooling system! Not only did Eric stay late to insure the job was done, he even stuck around to make sure everything was completely clean. They even went out of their way to install a gang plate for me when they were installing my vents. True Flow also beat the two other quotes we had.

Amazing customer service. My heat had not been turning on consistently in my home for the past month. I made a call to True Flow Heating and Air and within two hours he was at my home. He not only fixed my thermostat and furnace, but he also walked me thru maintenance steps and what to do look for next time. My family is absolutely thrilled with the outcome. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
