The worst pest control company in Texas. The owner Donnie does drugs at the company office and has no clue how to run a business. He has gone out of his way to scam customers and tries to force his employees to rip people off in multiple ways. Very unethical company. I am sorry to say i worked for this company for over a year but couldnt stand for the level of stupidity and mistreatment towards employees and customers coming from Donnie Shannon the owner. All of the remaining employees have quit and he has been in business for 15 years taking advantage of people and he has nothing to show for it

Their "No BS Money Back Guarantee" is actually BS. It seems at least 2 customers were satisfied with ACME services but I'm quite confident it wasn't for rodent control. I had rats, but ACME Termite & Pest Management owner, Donnie Shannon, was the biggest rat to enter my home.
He guaranteed me to my face and in a signed document that if the infestation was still present within 2 months that I would get my money back. When the problem worsened and I requested my refund he informed me that he was not in the business of losing money and that if I was thinking of suing "Well buddy, I have lawyers too

I have been with this company for 2 years now. I had a really bad ant problem my previous company couldn’t take care of. Ever since the first 3 treatments acme did on my home; I have been ant free and pest free. I love their service, always on time and amazing customer service. The technicians are very professional and they always know how to get the job done.

Please read: Stay away from this company!! Had one of the worst experiences ever with the owner. He is rude, disrespectful and simply does not care about his customers. Paid upfront for a year of service and called asking for a courtesy visit to take care of some wasps inside my house. He immediately said he was not gonna waste his money sending his guy. Kept saying that it was common sense how to solve the issue and finished the call saying that he was not helping me because he was smart! I can't even describe the conversation we had and the level of ignorance and arrogance on his part. Please
