Certain Air does great work and stands behind their work! They replaced our AC units a few years ago and have replaced many from the neighborhood. Today Randy, the owner, came out as we had some leaking related to inevitable pipe clog. He repaired and corrected the piping that was with the original equipment, all for a reasonable price. Old school quality company!

Randy at certain air saved us! After several misses and mistakes by our previous AC guy we called Randy. He came out on his day off, found the issue, and recommended we have our previous AC guy come out and fix his mistakes vs just fixing and charging us. After explaining we were done with our previous ac repair person, he got to work fixing the issue.
We haven’t ever had a very cold ac in this Texas heat, so I didn’t have high hopes for a cold AC. Well the last 2 days we’ve had to turn our temp up because we were freezing.
I can’t thank Randy enough. He was efficient, reasonable priced

We have used Randy many times and he is always prompt and courteous. In most cases he is out the same day you call and is very professional in his work. He replaced our air conditioning system last summer in less than a day and it has worked great ever since. I would highly recommend Certain Air to all my friends and relatives and have.

Randy and Rodney are great guys to work with. They show up SUPER fast and their pricing is always fair. I work with a lot of contractors and it's rare that you really TRUST anyone, but I know that Rodney will never tell me work needs to be done if it doesn't absolutely need to be done. Highly recommend them!

Very fast callback, they showed up only an hour later, which was amazing, and much appreciated when it's hot and your AC stops working. The technician was detailed and gave me two proposals; the quick refill to give us another year, or the expensive replacement with a longer lifespan. I didn't feel pressured at all. Very professional and a reasonable price to boot!

Prompt service...Rodney is simply the best. Came earlier than the appointment time and diagnosed the problem right away. The price was just right...way cheaper than others even though it was a weekend urgent call. I'm a happy customer for life now :) Will be calling Certain Air for yearly A/C checkups from here on.

This A/C company is the best. My air condition was making a lot of noise and then just stopped working I thought I would need a new system. They repaired my system quick and easy and did not charge much money. Very honest company I would recommend this company to anybody and everybody. very happy very happy

I highly recommend this company! I called Friday morning and the technician (Rodney) was here in a couple of hours. Randy is the owner. I agree with a previous reviewer that Randy and Rodney are a honest as the day is long. I have had Rodney out when he worked for Larsen's and was shocked (relieved too) to learn that the Certain Air technician that whistled walking down my walk was Rodney. He will give you options if options exist and explain things in order for the layperson to understand. I am telling all my friends about Certain Air. Very professional and trustworthy.
