Really happy with the work performed by RAM. They kept their timeline, worked around our financing needs, and the project was completed quickly! Randy was very friendly and great at communicating the process and answering any on-site questions I had. He was also very hands on throughout the day overseeing and helping out the crew periodically. It was his friendly demeanor when we needed a roof repair back in 2019 at our last house that prompted me to reach out to RAM again when we moved to our current house and needed a whole roof replacement, including 5 skylights. We had the opportunity to meet with Randy form Ram Exteriors to discuss replacing our roof. Randy and Ram were one of four companies we interviewed for the job. This was a huge investment and we wanted to be sure we had the right people for the job. First it is important to mention that we had gone online to Home Advisor and for some reason Ram did not come up at all but three other well known companies did and somehow after meeting with them we did not feel comfortable with the presentation. Keeping in mind that this is not a purchase you make every day maybe only once or twice in a lifetime.

RAM Exteriors did an amazing job!!! We had to have our roof replaced due to a hail storm back in July. Rick came out to give us a quote. He was very honest and professional. The price was great too!
On the day of our installation, Joe and his team were in our driveway ready to get started at 7:00 am. They replaced the both our home and detached garage roofs by 5:30 pm. They also did a great job cleaning up.
The roof looks fantastic. We having been getting a lot of compliments from neighbors!!
We are looking forward to getting our windows replaced by RAM in the Spring!

Had RAM Exteriors replace our slate roof. Randy met with us and explained the process and details and gave us a quote, which was met exactly when the roof was replaced. He was professional and accurate in his estimates. The roof was put on quickly and efficiently in one day, and the workers were very efficient, professional, and cleaned up very thoroughly. The roof and gutters look amazing!!! We highly recommend RAM Exteriors!!

Out of the four companies we requested an estimate from, RAM Exteriors was the most responsive at the best price. The RAM team was very professional, respectful of our property, super clean, efficient and did a stellar job replacing our roof with quality materials. RAM Exteriors was an excellent choice to make emergency repairs to the siding on my home. Rick and his team were able to respond, assess and execute the needed repairs in only a couple of days from my first inquiry on line.
Rick's team did a fantastic job on the repairs and addressed several other potential problems from the original siding installation by someone else many years ago. The site was neat and tidy after the work was completed. As cost is always an issue I found RAM Exteriors pricing to be very reasonable.
I'll certainly be calling RAM Exteriors for any future improvement
