I called for a plumber at 4:53 on a Monday afternoon and had two guys at my house the next morning by 9am! They were professional and friendly. I cant speak to pricing since I have no other experience with plumbers or what their average rate is but I certainly didnt mind what I was charged considering how quickly they took care of our leaks. I would definitely use them again, and suggest them to others.

Technicians Luis & Mason were awesome. They were very friendly and professional upon arrival. Once they installed the new faucet and later discovered that is wasn’t the right match for my setup. I'll skip my home warranty when I need a plumber again. At the very least I will not accept this one, F6. My warranty service sent them for a kitchen water faucet leak. I expected the old one needed to be replaced but the quote of $285. was a little high. I waited a week after they supposedly ordered a new faucet and called them. They said it wasn't in yet, and weren't sure how much longer it could be but the plumber who had initially come out also said he thought I needed a new shut off valve that would cost $265. So $550. would be my total since the warranty would not cover it

My home warranty assigned my claim to F6 Plumbing to fix a pipe that burst in my wall. The service call was scheduled for 02/27/21. I was beyond excited when they called and asked to come out on 02/21/21 as I did not have running water. That excitement quickly faded when the technician arrived. Home warranty sent F6 out and after running the camera for clogged toilets the felt it was due to tree branches and a slab leak and was wanting to charge $4,000-$5,000 to fix it so I called another plumber for a second opinion and he says not a slab problem and fixed it for $350. One Star

Through AHS I was connected with F6 Plumbing. I received timely, efficient, and very knowledgeable service from the dispatcher call to the amazing technician Derek. The job was garbage disposal issues. It was replaced in no time and Derek was very informative about things that I did not know regarding the work. I honestly would not recommend this company to anyone. If your home warranty company is setting you up with this company, I would suggest that you request another plumbing company. I had two problems that needed to be fixed, a leak in the bathroom and the kitchen. The kitchen faucet had to be replaced, so the tech said he'll be back in a day or two to replace it. Sadly he did not return until the following week after I called and inquired about what was going on. They did fix the problems, however another problem occurred, a third leak that just so happens to come about after they fix the

The technician, Ryan, is great. This review is purely for the receptionist. The receptionist is unprofessional and does not follow instructions. The major reason we ask the technician to go the there is to check the tub faucet and it was completely dropped because the receptionist did not tell him. We requested to have the technician to call upon arrival so we can make sure all the requests are done and check off. The receptionist of course did not deliver that message and some jobs were left undone. This is what happen when businesses hire incompetent people. Business has to re-dispatch the technician

Unfortunately, I am rating this company on their poor customer service. We had a tub that kept experiencing stoppage. We used a liquid drainer that ultimately resolved the issue. However, since we kept experiencing the same problem, we called our warranty company which contracts with F6. On the first visit, the technician performed his due diligence. During that visit though, he removed a screwed stopper and failed to return it. My husband and I bought a new home in October and from the first weekend we moved in our sewage was backing up.
