Woke up to the furnace not working so we called Pheonix . They was here in about 2 hours (we live way out in the boonies) Nick (the serviceman) changed the blower motor and we have heat again. Price was reasonable and Nick was very friendly and informative. This company has my business and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

My indirect hot water heater got a hole in the hot water coil causing issues with my boiler. I called Phoenix and Chris emailed me a quote at 9am on memorial day. I called him and we got the paperwork rolling for a new unit. Called Tuesday gave them a credit card number for the deposit. Wednesday they had the new unit and although they were swamped he said they would come out the next morning. I was nervous as I am an engineer and spend a great deal of time on industrial job sites with professional tradesmen and it has affected the quality I expect in my home. Called Phoenix when I saw their repair truck in someone's driveway and we were looking for a furnace repairman. We have a pellet stove as a main heat source but in January and February it's nice to kick on the furnace unfortunately ours quit working. We called and made a prompt appointment 2 days after our phone call. Young man that arrived was super nice and even tolerated our barking dogs. It didn't take him any time at all to replace a faulty switch that was keeping the furnace blower from coming on. He could just as easily told us the blower had gone and charged us $500 for a new one. Being

I'm glad others have had great service, but that's not the case with me. I had an afternoon appointment today. Not only did they not show up, they didn't call to cancel. Experience has taught me that companies tend to proceed the way they start, so we will look elsewhere for our central air installation.

Extremely professional, kind, and courteous. Fully explained everything they were doing, and why it needed to be done. Took the time to make sure I was completely educated on all work done. I've had multiple visits and calls with them already and will fully recommended them to any person.

Phoenix Heating and AC was Fantastic! Very professional and kind! They showed up and diagnosed the issue with our combination Boiler/ on demand water heater within 45 min! They received the necessary parts overnight and had our boiler working the next business day!
