I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of follow up I received. I called Philly Door to repair an exterior door. They failed to follow up with me and instead told the renter they will need to order parts. I have tried to call several time to only reach a full voicemail. If you can't/don't want to finish a job at least have the decency to pick up the phone and let me know.

One of the cables on our garage door snapped making it inoperable. In addition, the door itself was deteriorating. When we decided to replace it, I left a message with Philly Doors. Tony was here within 24 hours. After getting other estimates, we decided to go with Tony. 48 hours later, our door was replaced, the mess was gone and we were back in business.

We thought we hired PhillyDoors to replace our door. Initial visit was timely and pricing was competitive. We decided to proceed and both my wife and I took off work to be home on installation day. They were supposed to show up early in the AM (no later than 9am). By the time the installers showed up around noon, they'd brought the wrong parts and went to go look for the right ones. When they returned (with only one person, oddly), he said it was too late in the day and that they'd reschedule. We called, texted, and left messages but did not hear back. So now we're left with a broken

I'm so glad I called Philly Doors. Tony came out and showed us the garage door we wanted on Saturday 11/7. Three days, three DAYS he had our garage door ready to install. They arrived wearing COVID masks. They were professional and courteous. The installation took 2 1/2 hrs. Without a hitch. They cleaned up afterwards. The door looks so clean and new. The door goes up and down so quietly as well. Tony also added weatherstripping for added insulation. Philly Doors will always have my recommendation.

Jack was great. He came by to check out my garage door opener and found out that the opener was no longer receiving signals and needed to be replaced. He didn't charge me, but gave me quotes for a similar opener and the silent kind. Since I asked, he also gave me quotes to replace my front door and windows. I setup time for him to come back on Monday to install the new opener. On Monday he let me know that his weekend job had been delayed and he was still finishing it. He wasn't finished until 4-5pm, but still offered to come over and complete the installation that night. We went ahead

My parents garage door was on the skits for months now and for the Christmas I decided to get them a new door. I first went to Lowe's and the lead time was crazy, 4-5 weeks!
I did a little shopping around, found Philly doors on yelp. Called them on 12/22, they came over 12/24 for the estimate and had the door installed the day after Christmas.
I wasn't there for the install but my brother said they we professional and did not try to up sell us on the frame or tracks.
Definitely recommend this efficient and trustworthy business.

I had jack come out and work on a tricky project involving garage door replacement with framing it was tricky based on the house structure but jack was patient through out. I needed some extra services and a delay came up but jack can be counted on to get the job done right. Jack is honest and easy to get along with. I was desperate for a new garage door (Summer 2016) my old one (Home Depot install) was literally falling off the tracks. Called around got 3 estimates all super high wanted to get the most bang for my buck.
Did some research online and found PhillyDoors. Gabe came over the same evening and was very helpful and prompt and the price was well withing my budget. The garage door turned out wonderful Gabe did an excellent job on the install and clean up. Today PhillyDoors is installing a new entry door and it's looking great.
