The Worst experience ever!!!
I was sent the incorrect parts which led to a mess of time being wasted while my installer tried to figure out why they were so far off on their spring calculation.
When it came down to it, they know they didn't have the correct springs, so they sold me whatever they had...being 120-130lbs to strong.
I refused to use their installer which they wanted to charge me 1,600 for the installation of 1 panel on my door. I called a few other companies that were able to do it from 300-600.
This place is a rip off and now they are trying to jip me on the refund for them sending

We have used Gold Label door for a number of years and, always, they have provided reasonable, honest, dependable and friendly service.
Recently we had a new garage door opener installed but, it would not connect to our car openers - not to worry they told me.
Soon they returned with an additional part and, now, our door and all remotes work flawlessly.
To summarize -- if you deal with anyone except Gold Label door you will probably end up paying more for , at best, acceptable work or, at worst, shoddy non caring workmanship.
I you care about quality, friendly service, at a fair price, call

They came out for a simple maintenance issue and it turned into a bigger ordeal than that as the car was dead inside the garage and we couldn't get it out for them to repair. They went above and beyond to help us and it was so nice to see this when they could have just thrown their hands up and said they'd come back another day. Thank you!

They quickly and kindly added me to the service schedule that day with a window of 11-1. At 11:01, two techs arrived at my house. They replaced both springs and taught me a thing or two about door maintenance. They were done in 30 minutes.
A neighbor had a spring replaced earlier this year and it ran them over $400. I paid less than $225 for fast, courteous service.
The office was kind, quick and helpful. The techs were friendly, clean and fast.
