Apparently the initial install was not done correctly and the electrical service install was delayed for 6 weeks. So since no start up or testing of the system was done initially I called to request an inspection. Well there was water all over the floor since the condensate pump was installed incorrectly and several wires were attached errantly. I credit the service man for recognizing the defects an correcting them. Fortunately the system appears to be repaired since we are in the middle of the heating system. My boiler was not working on the Friday after Thanksgiving. I called and asked for someone to come out and look at it. I was told it was a Holiday weekend and just to have someone come and look would be a base fee of $200. I agree to pay this and am told someone should be getting ahold of me during the morning (mind you I called at 7am) to come and take a look. At 11am I called to find out if I was on the list, they said that I was and that they would be responding soon. Even before the serviceman came to my house, the woman and the man I talked to on the phone to setup my appointment were AMAZING, so polite, very knowledgeable, and did not make me feel stupid for not knowing exactly what needed to be done to my system.
They did a reminder call for my appointment the day before and the serviceman showed up early. He informed me of what he was going to do, how long it would take, and answered all of my and my husbands questions. So polite as well!

Josh came to my house to do the annual maintenance on my AC & furnace. He explained everything he was doing in layman's terms. He was not rushed & did a very thorough job. Josh was very friendly & knowledgeable. He has a nice personality & is a great tech! I feel very confident that my AC & furnace are in good running condition with Josh doing the maintenance!! We called them because we had yellow jackets in a venting duct, and needed it replaced. After the bees were taken care of by a pest company, Mesaba came and replaced the venting tube. We also had them clean our air ducts. They arrived promptly, and during the visit, the technician kept me informed the entire day. He was so professional, and explained everything to me, and listened to my questions and concerns kindly. From the moment I called regarding the beehive in the vent, they were very patient and professional. Their customer service and appreciation is a breath of fresh air. Thank you so
