Mike and his team at KPI re-sided our house. He was extremely reliable and very fairly priced. He was highly responsive to calls and questions. There were two instances when we made a change to the project after work had started, and he was able to handle these changes without complaint and in a professional manner. Siding replacement is a huge job, but Mike walked us through it each step of the way. KPI gets my highest recommendation. We would definitely use them again.

Mike was professional to work with throughout the whole process as were all the workers. ( Roof, gutters and some siding) Everything looks great , work was started and completed as scheduled and come out looking great. The materials and workmanship were all top quality at a great price. I highly recommend KPI Exteriors. Mike and his team did a beautiful job replacing our large, highly sloped roof, in just one day. Mike gave us several options for pricing and the final invoice was exactly what he estimated. A member of his team even helped us to work with our insurance company to submit a claim for weather damage which we were able to apply directly to the cost of the new roof. Mike's customer service is excellent - he responded quickly to our questions and was flexible with timing. We will definitely use KPI exteriors again!

Michael was very meticulous with the estimates. Within a week of agreeing to the proposal, Michael order all the materials and was able to get a crew for the roof. The crew was quick and professional. There were no unexpected issues; we stayed true to the proposal. I'm very happy with the end result.

From the start, the owner Mike was awesome! He was very responsive and always got back to us quickly. Mike is local to my area, so I was happy to give him the business. He gave us great prices for the work. He replaced my roof and siding. His guys were professional and got the work done as soon as possible. Mike was always good with letting us know if there were ever any delays. Highly recommended!

We recently had new siding, windows, gutters, front porch, and stone work done by KPI, Jr. Exteriors. They are a great company to work with. Michael was very honest about what needed to be done. Did not try to sell us on things we didn't need. We were updated frequently on the project and how timelines were going. Michael also notified us and showed us pictures of some unforeseen rotting wood that needed replacing. It was all taken care of in a timely manner. We were very specific with our design ideas and Michael was able to deliver on them all. The crews that came to the house were very professional
