Our scope of work includes gutting the existing bathroom, plumbing and electrical services, carpentry, plastering, tiling and fixture installation.
As part of our bathroom remodeling services, we perform tub to shower conversions. Basement bathroom building/expansions are not included in our work profile. Our proposals are in writing and contain step-by-step descriptions of the work to be performed. We include the cost of rough materials, building permits, debris removal and all labor costs.
The homeowner purchases the finish products, which they select from a retailer of their choice. We do not subscribe to the practice of making money from the cost of materials. We do inform our customers how much to buy of each item and suggest retailers that have a good reputation for the product(s) being purchased.
