Seldom do you still find outstanding customer service these days. But Parker took our order and super fast got it done. Super nice guy. Order through him he’ll have you taken care of. Then went onto the loading area and Chris had my stuff loaded with the upmost respect and gave me some help with some inquiries and was nice enough to go through the listing slip to make sure I had Everything my husband ordered. These people did an amazing job! I had always wanted a metal roof, but was concerned that the price would be prohibitive. When it came to the point that we had to replace the roof I called for an estimate. I was surprised at the price, but nevertheless I checked out a regular shingles roof. Turned out that I could get the metal one for about 15%… over the cost of a regular one. What they installed is a category 4 impact resistant roof, so we will also get a home insurance discount. Fantastic. Parker was very informative and friendly. I was very satisfied with the product. I was concerned about delivery cost and hassle, but Hilco had the materials came right on time and delivery was incredibly inexpensive. Plus Hilco charged 1/2 of what other companies charged that were much closer. I highly recommend using Hilco for your metal roofing needs.

After spending over 40k with Hilco to install a metal roof on our new home, we called back year and half later to have someone come out to replace a few slats (not anything to do with Hilco) was damaged from something else - No one will return our calls or texts. We text our same rep that we dealt with when we had new roof installed and he will… not even acknowledge our calls or texts. Very disappointed in there service after the install. I understand if you do not have time to come out and do a little replacement, but at the very least we could get a response that they do not have time

I worked for Hilco 2 years. Brad gave me the opportunity to grow . He taught me from the ground up on my purchasing position. I married and moved to Houston. Because of my knowledge in purchasing. I now have purchasing/warehouse management poistion for a traffic company. I still miss my job but i am very grateful to Brad.
