We specialize in total site development including excavation, concrete foundations, underground utilities, sidewalks, curbs, and pavers. As site work and concrete subcontractors we have tended to clients including Toll Brothers, Nova Corp, Skanska USA, Gale Construction, Co., and many others.
While quality of work is a top priority for Phil Neto Construction, we also hold the safety of our workers in high value. All field personnel have 30 hours Certified OSHA Training and many have Hazwoper certifications. We are certified with SDA (Schools Development Authority) DPMC (Department of Property Management Construction), Pervious Concrete Contractor Certification and an SBE Enterprise with the State of New Jersey.
