Phenomenal response & service. I was in a bind with a failing garage door that needed immediate service. Libra was quick to answer the call and was able to service and fix my problem rather than upcharge me for a new door and/or new tracks & hardware. Libra was nothing short of professional and they didn't charge me an arm and a leg.

While moving to a new apartment, I accidentally locked my keys in the trunk of my car and the trunk button in my car didn’t work. I was totally screwed. I called Libra, they came out quickly and made a duplicate key using my door lock. I was then able to open my trunk with the newly made duplicate key. It really REALLY saved the day. Prices were very reasonable and very nice customer service. Big thank you for helping me out! :)

Amazing! They were amazing! They had not only the fastest response time on the phone, they also were able to get to me the fastest, recognizing it was urgent being locked outside in the freezing weather. Will absolutely use them if I locked myself out!
