I would give Mr Flynn a -5 if that were an option. He is as dishonest a business man as I have ever met and I do not take it lightly writing bad reviews for a business owner. My wife and I spent $4000 on a shower upgrade and trusted Thomas Flynn to measure the shower fixture which was provided to him in advance of the tile being installed. He never bothered to measure the fixture itself and double check his work. Even worse than that he claims the instructions provided told him to measure it 4 inches shorter than the actual fixture. The directions were conveniently missing from the box and he accused

Hands-down the best plumber we have ever had! Mr. Flynn is prompt, courteous and gets the job done right the first time. We have a home warranty but don't even bother with their vendors for our plumbing needs because they can't match his quality service. I don't usually write reviews but I felt like Mr. Flynn deserved it because he takes customer service to a higher level and that is hard to find!

In February he came out to fix a leaky shower. The leak was less but not gone. He said to fix it he would have to go through the wall in my bedroom so I decided to live with the drop. The next day when taking a shower I noticed the knob was not working , it kept turning past the point it should have stopped. I called and he came back and said a part was broken inside. He would get the piece and repair it because he broke it. Had a couple more conversations with him and always was waiting for part. My last text to him in March was never returned. He never came back to fix his mistake and never returned
