This is a review of both Precision Garage Doors, and Adco Garage Doors by comparison. My garage door opener died and so I needed a new one. I Googled “garage doors Miami” and one of the first companies listed was Adco…and so I called for an estimate. The salesman showed up promptly on schedule, and quoted me $729 for the Liftmaster 8500W. I then called a company that a friend recommended to get a second estimate, Precision Door Service. Precison’s representative also showed up on schedule, and provided me with a quote on the spot for the exact same opener: $1,044…over $300 more. In addition

One of our garage door springs broke so we called ADCO, who installed our garage doors 8 years ago. The service technician showed up the next day on time, replaced both springs, and checked and lubricated the system. He was courteous and answered our questions thoughtfully. We will call them again the next time we need service.

WOW! Talk about fast service: my garage door spring had broken, and the door wouldn't open. After calling a few other companies, I called ADCO- (my garage door was installed 5 years ago) right away they told me exactly what it would cost and even gave me some options and recommendations. They called me within the hour to inform me they were almost at my home - the garage was fixed within 2 hours!!! Incredible service and great workmanship. Highly recommended.

Forget about the fact that my door had to be serviced multiple times within the first year of installation. Forget that someone even showed my husband how to recalibrate it himself bc they were coming out so often to do so. After dealing with this company for years I finally had someone else come out to deal with an ongoing issue I not only discovered ADCO had charged me for a part that was covered under warranty (which they told me and I have in writing I should've known was broken, and under warranty and contacted the manufacturer before they came out - you

The staff is very rude. I called this morning and the lady who answered was questioning that they gave me an estimate without going to my house as if I were lying, I offered to send the email as proof. Then she just cuts me off and asks for my phone number. I had to say thank you and go elsewhere. The prices are among the other companies I called.

Couldn't be happier with Adco call them for a new door to replace the old non hurricane rated one. Process was easy and they are very professional and organized. Pricing was great and thanks to them I now qualify for shutter discount on my insurance policy and saving 4k a year. Definitely recommend them for your garage door needs.

I had my garage door stop working late yesterday. I saw ads in a 'local flyer'. The first guy gave me a quote on the phone for a new spring that scared me! I then tried the second ad, "Adco"They were out in about an hour and repaired it for what they quoted at half the price of the first guy. The owner, then called me back today just to make sure everything was ok. I could'nt be more satisfied. Fast service and great price.

ADCO has an EXTREMELY rude staff, but that all made sense after speaking with the clue less manger "Bert". Not only were they 2 1/2 weeks late on their job, but the inspection had to come 3 times before getting approved.
Do not recommend hiring ADCO for any sort of installations. TAKE MY WORD.
I got my door installed over a month and a half ago and I am still dealing with these people to finish the job properly.
Very stubborn and hard headed people to deal with.

I agree with the post by Javier. The staff is extremely rude and speak to you in a condescending manner. Stay away from this company, they don't care about their customers and have the typical Miami attitude that they run the show and you are on their time. To top it all off, after they installed my garage, it failed to operate the same day after the installer left. So what did the owner Bert tell me? "Sorry Home Depot doesn't pay us to take it down, you need to take it down yourself." That's the kind of customer service you get with these guys.
