They are absolutely wonderful!!! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and extremely customer oriented. We had a problem with some vinyl tiles. They immediately contacted the manufacturer and got a resolution to replace not only the effected tiles but the entire floor to ensure that color and texture would be correct throughout our home. They are an extremely reliable efficient company. I highly recommend them!!!

I shopped around to at least 6-8 retailers for vinyl/laminate flooring for my whole house. Loved the fact that these guys were local and it turns out their pricing was noticeably lower for the complete per square foot install including the materials and baseboards, trimming doors and even moved the furniture around and moved it back! Seriously their pricing beat everybody out and I was extremely impressed, and I am a picky guy with extreme attention to detail, with the craftsmanship, the professionalism and the cleanliness after the project was completed and in just 2 days! I had an awesome experience with Palm Beach Floors. They tiled my whole house in about a week, running a 4 man crew on tile and a 2 man team on baseboards. Their price was very competitive having shopped around at several showrooms before I landed at Palm Beach Floors. Carlos was easy to work with, and his team worked very efficiently. The workmanship was amazing, and when they left, it looked like my home was brand new - no dust, no grout haze, just a nice looking floor. Well done, guys, highly recommend.

We decided to pull the carpets out in our bedrooms and went to one of the big home improvement stores. Once we got a salesperson, we learned that they charged all kinds of extras to in addition to the cost of the laminate which seemed like it doubled the price. A friend who lives in Delray recommended Palm Beach Floors so we went and visited the showroom. We learned first off that the HI store was really more money as Palm Beach Floors pricing was all inclusive. My mother and father met the owner at the home show awhile back and really liked him. Since we live in Winston Trails it was closer to go to the Delray location.
We were helped by a young man who was extremely helpful. He came and did measurements and really helped us go in a better direction then we wanted to go. But while we were at the Delray location we could hear a women who I assume is a manger or owner on the phone yelling at a customer about money. My first thought was no I do not want to do business with these people. But tried to tell myself it's south Florida maybe the customer didn

I had already decided on a floor and an installer, when I saw an ad from Palm Beach Floors and decided to take a look. Carlos could not have been nicer, explaining the differences between real wood, engineered wood and wood laminate. He helped me narrow my choices to 4 and told me to take them home to preview in my bedroom, where they would be installed. No deposit, no charge for coming out for an estimate...what could be better? He came out the next day, right at the time he said, and he turned out to be less expensive for a better grade of wood than I was going to get from my original installer

It was a nightmare dealing with this store. They did the stairways in my apartment a month ago and the workers left garbage and glue all over the staircase and floor. I called several times and texted with pictures attached. No response. I had to travel from DC to go see them in person. The owner said he would send someone but no one showed up!!! Beware of their sweet talk!! If you want to see pictures, I will glad to provide!!! My stairs have not fixed yet! They were paid in full. Don't give money until you are satisfied with the job!

Buyers beware! While the owner and sales mgr will sweet talk you, when issues arise expect the runaround and no resolution. Understanding they're not the manufacturer, they absolutely take no responsibility for the work and product they install. A year later, still flooring issues and they're blaming the manufacturer, home builder - everyone else and now to the point they don't return calls. They just want to wipe their hands clean. Went in this store and it was small so did not have what I was looking for. I was really surprised when I told them the exact tile floor I wanted, they beat all the prices in the area hands down and got the tile in stock in two days. I have ordered twice from them now, and would have them price a brand I find elsewhere before making the final purchase. From what I experienced, my bet is that I would get best price here. Additionally, very reliable and helpful on both of my purchases. They took care of me quickly and Could pay by check or credit card.

Palm Beach Floors came highly recommended.Then, when I first visited the store, It didn't appear that they had a big operation. Boy was I wrong. Carlos, the owner showed me pictures of installations his company did in St. Andrews, Polo Club, Weston and Heron Bay. I went from skeptical to being extremely impressed with their work. My wife and I absolutely love the new new wood floors and marble finishes in our home in Palm Beach..
