Horrible service. Called & scheduled to have someone come but no one showed up. No call no show. Called their office all day but to no avail and eventually got hold of someone next day only to be told tech will call you today to re-schedule. Been 10 days but I guess their tech has no time to call...

Great folks with some incredible, detailed knowledge of pest control. I picked up a flea infestion and store bought pesticide wasn't doing the trick. Moreover, I am allergic to fleas, so I was pretty miserable. I called Brick City in the afternoon and they were here the next morning. They called ahead of time to confirm/remind of the appointment. The service man was nice and knowledgeable. He identified the type of flea and correctly answered all my questions regarding the longevity of the infestation post treatment. In a very short while my house was back to normal. They even came back for a follow
