Jim grew up in Seattle on Queen Anne Hill- when he was 17 he joined the army and went to Germany. Jim got out of the army in 1970. His first job out of the army was cleaning carpets. He started working for janitorial companies in the early 70's as a floor waxer and carpet cleaner. We had purchased our first carpet cleaning truck in the the spring of 1986 and started the plans to open our own cleaning service.
We specialize in carpet cleaning. Some cleaning companies will do all different types of things but we have chosen to be specialists. If you are interested in the most thorough, deepest carpet cleaning that you have ever had, then we are the company for you. We use the truck mounted hot water extraction method of cleaning commonly called "steam Cleaning".
You are miracle workers! You are very flexible with your scheduling, you were right on time. I appreciated not having to block off hours to wait for you. I was convinced that I would have to replace my carpet due to a number of stains but my husband asked me to try having it cleaned first. To my surprise the carpets look like brand new and I feel that with regular cleaning they will last a long time.

Amazing customer service and reasonable pricing! I can not recommend this company enough! They arrived on time and charged the same amount we were quoted over the phone. I am going to continue to use their services in the future. What makes them a cut above the competition is that they provided a spot cleaning prior to our initial service due to and unfortunate dog accident on the carpet that I had no idea how I was going to get cleaned. Joe came to my rescue! Service like this is rare! I can’t thank them enough. You made me a new loyal fan!

We have used Jim Nelson's services for many years, and every time we are at awe about the excellent result of the cleaned carpets.
