This company came highly recommended, so my expectations were fairly high. I will be honest and say that the first day, I was seriously disappointed. Apparently, there was some miscommunication on the complexity of the job, and I was initially assigned a "rookie" (for lack of a better term) team. I think they were overwhelmed by the size and pitch of the roof, as not a whole lot of work was getting done. I should have called management on the first day, but I decided to give them another day. The next morning, same thing, lots of standing around and looking lost.

Outstanding service. The price was over 4000 dollars under the other company's estimate. t he final cost was the estimate no additional charges. We did have a slight problem with the flat roof installation. Terry the owner came out and agreed with our concerns. He returned with the crew and corrected our problem. The company backs there work and their goal is to satisfy the customer. I would highly recommend them.

I was searching for a great reasonable company. Sanders and Sanders was recommended by my granddaughter teacher. I couldn't asked for a better company. They came one morning and by 5 pm they cleaned my property and was gone. My roof look so nice and professional that people in the neighborhood asked for their contact information. Good experience with this company. New metal roof is very good workmanship. Improved home value lowered homeowners insurance. Not to mention how attractive the attention to detail this crew took to make this new metal roof attractive. Cleaned up and did the whole roof in couple of days even with thunderstorms in the areas both days they showed up and worked around them.
